Abstract
Di Era Revolusi Industri 4.0, media pendidikan telah berkembang untuk memenuhi kebutuhan belajar Gen Z yang mengutamakan fleksibilitas, aksesibilitas, dan integrasi teknologi dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan informasi mengenai pengaruh penggunaan microlearning content berbasis carousel terhadap literasi digital dan penguasaan konsep Perubahan Lingkungan siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasi-experimental dengan non-equivalent control group design. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa SMA kelas X yang dibagi menjadi kelompok eksperimen dan kontrol. Instrumen non-tes berupa angket digunakan untuk mengukur persepsi literasi digital dan penguasaan konsep diukur menggunakan instrumen tes berupa soal uraian. Studi ini memanfaatkan statistik deskriptif untuk menghitung rata-rata dan distribusi karakteristik sampel, serta uji statistik inferensial berupa Uji T untuk perbandingan kelompok dan Cohen's d untuk mengukur ukuran efek, guna menguji hipotesis serta menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literasi digital dan penguasaan konsep Perubahan Lingkungan pada siswa kelompok eksperimen dan kontrol berbeda signifikan dengan nilai signifikansi (p-value) sebesar 0,000 pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Nilai Cohens’d sebesar 1,1 untuk literasi digital dan 0,86 untuk penguasaan konsep menunjukkan bahwa microlearning content berbasis carousel memberikan efek yang besar terhadap literasi digital dan penguasaan konsep siswa. Kesimpulannya adalah penggunaan microlearning content berbasis carousel dalam pembelajaran berpengaruh signifikan dan dapat meningkatkan literasi digital serta penguasaan konsep Perubahan Lingkungan pada siswa. In the Era of Industrial Revolution 4.0, educational media has evolved to meet Gen Z learning needs that prioritize flexibility, accessibility, and technology integration in the learning process. This study aims to obtain information about the effect of using carousel-based microlearning content on digital literacy and mastery of the concept of Environmental Change in students. The research method used is quasi-experimental with non-equivalent control group design. The subjects in this study were grade X high school students who were divided into experimental and control groups. Non-test instruments in the form of questionnaires were used to measure perceptions of digital literacy and concept mastery was measured using test instruments in the form of description questions. This study utilized descriptive statistics to calculate the mean and distribution of sample characteristics, as well as inferential statistical tests in the form of T test for group comparison and Cohen's d to measure effect size, in order to test hypotheses and draw conclusions. The results showed that digital literacy and mastery of the concept of Environmental Change in experimental and control group students were significantly different with a significance value (p-value) of 0.000 at the 5% significance level. The Cohens'd value of 1.1 for digital literacy and 0.86 for concept mastery shows that carousel-based microlearning content has a large effect on students' digital literacy and concept mastery. The conclusion is that the use of carousel-based microlearning content in learning has a significant effect and can improve digital literacy and mastery of the concept of Environmental Change in students.
