Abstract
Pulau Bunaken merupakan bagian dari wilayah administrasi Kota Manado, Sulawesi Utara. Sebagai area ekowisata, tiap tahun Pulau Bunaken selalu dikunjungi oleh wisatawan yang menikmati keindahan di pulau tersebut. Kunjungan wisatawan sangat besar pengaruhnya bagi keberlangsungan ekowisata di Pulau Bunaken. Namun kunjungan wisatawan menjadi terhalang oleh adanya Pandemi COVID-19 di awal tahun 2020 hingga saat ini. Dalam masa pandemi, salah satu yang diperhatikan dalam melakukan kunjungan wisata adalah pelaksanaan protocol Kesehatan. Dari sekian banyak protocol Kesehatan, protokol yang berpengaruh terhadap kegiatan ekowisata adalah penggunaan masker, pembatasan mobilitas dan penerapan social distancing. Berkaitan dengan pembatasan kegiatan ekowisata Pulau Bunaken, seluruh aktivitas terpaksa harus dibatasi, demi menghindari penularan virus yang penyebarannya berlangsung sangat cepat. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode berupa survey deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui respon penduduk terhadap implementasi protokol kesehatan di Pulau Bunaken yang meliputi penggunaan masker, pembatasan mobilitas dan social distancing. Bunaken Island is part of the administrative area of Manado City, North Sulawesi. As an ecotourism area, every year Bunaken Island is always visited by tourists who enjoy the beauty of the island. Tourist visits have a very big influence on the sustainability of ecotourism on Bunaken Island. However, tourist visits have been hindered by the COVID-19 pandemic in early 2020 until now. During this pandemic, one of the things that must be considered in making tourist visits is the implementation of health protocols. Of the many health protocols, the protocols that affect ecotourism activities are the use of masks, restrictions on mobility and the application of social distancing. In connection with the restrictions on ecotourism activities on Bunaken Island, all activities must be limited, in order to avoid the transmission of the virus, which spreads very quickly. The method used in this research is a descriptive survey method. The results of this study are to determine the effect of health protocols on tourist visits on Bunaken Island which includes the use of masks, restrictions on mobility and social distancing.
