Abstract

ABSTRAK Sumber daya manusia khususnya karyawan merupakan aset penting dalam suatu organisasi karena berperan penting dalam pencapaian tujuan organisasi. Oleh karena itu kualitas sumber daya manusia harus selalu diperhatikan dan dikembangkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh job satisfaction dan employee engagement terhadap turnover intention serta implikasinya terhadap kinerja karyawan (studi pada karyawan YDTR). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan path analysis dengan alat bantuan SPSS 25. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah interview dengan menggunakan kuesioner disertai dengan teknik observasi dan kepustakaan, dengan sampel penelitian sebanyak 219 responden. Hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa secara umum tingkat job satisfaction dalam kategori tinggi, employee engagement dalam kondisi engage dan kinerja karyawan dalam kategori tinggi, sementara turnover intention dalam kategori cukup tinggi. Hasil analisis verifikatif menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh negatif tingkat job satisfaction dan employee engagement terhadap turnover intention, terdapat pengaruh positif tingkat job satisfaction dan employee engagement terhadap kinerja karyawan serta terdapat pengaruh negatif job satisfaction dan employee engagement terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui turnover intention pada karyawan YDTR. Kata Kunci: Job Satisfaction, Employee Engagement, Turnover Intention, Kinerja Karyawan ABSTRACT Human resources, especially employees, are an important asset in an organization because they play an important role in achieving organizational goals. Therefore, the quality of human resources must always be considered and developed. This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of job satisfaction and employee engagement on turnover intention and its implications for employee performance (study of YDTR employees). The research method used was descriptive and verification analysis with data analysis techniques using path analysis with the help of SPSS 25. Data collection used was interviews using questionnaires accompanied by observation and bibliography techniques, with a research sample of 219 respondents. The results of the descriptive analysis show that in general the level of job satisfaction is in the high category, employee engagement is in the engaged condition and employee performance is in the high category, while turnover intention is in the quite high category. The results of the verification analysis show that there is a negative influence of the level of job satisfaction and employee engagement on turnover intention, there is a positive influence of the level of job satisfaction and employee engagement on employee performance and there is a negative influence of job satisfaction and employee engagement on employee performance through turnover intention for YDTR employees.
