Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada perancangan dan analisis Quality of Service konfigurasi MikroTik tentang keamanan siber yang disesuaikan dengan SKKNI Network Security Analyst. Peneliti menduga bahwa dalam konfigurasi MikroTik perlu dilakukannya analisis Quality of Service untuk memastikan kestabilan dan kinerja yang optimal dalam pembuatan jobsheet sebagai media pembelajaran praktik. Fakta di lapangan menunjukkan bahwa ditemukannya layanan kualitas pembelajaran praktik yang belum melibatkan penggunaan jobsheet berisikan materi konfigurasi MikroTik tentang keamanan siber. Oleh karena itu, diperlukannya pengadaan muatan materi tentang keamanan siber sesuai dengan KKNI jenjang 6 dan SKKNI Network Security Analyst ke dalam kurikulum pendidikan agar siswa di berbagai wilayah dapat memahami tantangan keamanan siber di era digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui desain konfigurasi MikroTik yang memuat keamanan siber sesuai SKKNI Network Security Analyst serta melakukan pengujian Quality of Service (QoS) pada jaringan setelah konfigurasi diterapkan. Jenis penelitian yang diterapkan adalah Research and Development (RnD) dengan desain 4D (Define, Design, Develop dan Disseminate). Sampel penelitian yaitu 49 orang mahasiswa UPI Kampus Purwakarta yang memiliki latar belakang IT. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini yaitu, 1) konfigurasi yang dirancang berhasil mencegah serangan Brute Force dan Port Scanning. Dibuktikan dengan IP yang berhasil ditangkap dalam Address List pada Rule Firewall, 2) seluruh parameter dirata-ratakan mendapatkan indeks 4 yang berada dalam kategori Sangat Baik. ----- This study focuses on the design and analysis of Quality of Service (QoS) configurations in MikroTik related to cybersecurity, aligned with the Indonesian National Work Competency Standards (SKKNI) for Network Security Analysts. The researcher hypothesizes that analyzing QoS within MikroTik configurations is essential to ensure stability and optimal performance in the creation of jobsheets as a practical learning tool. Field observations indicate that practical learning services have not yet incorporated jobsheets containing MikroTik configuration materials related to cybersecurity. Therefore, there is a need to integrate cybersecurity content aligned with the Indonesian Qualification Framework (KKNI) Level 6 and SKKNI for Network Security Analysts into the educational curriculum so that students across various regions can understand the cybersecurity challenges in the digital era. The aim of this study is to design a MikroTik configuration that incorporates cybersecurity in accordance with the SKKNI for Network Security Analysts and to conduct QoS testing on the network after the configuration is implemented. The research employs a Research and Development (RnD) approach using the 4D model (Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate). The sample for this study consists of 49 IT students from the UPI Purwakarta campus. The results of this study indicate that: 1) the designed configuration successfully prevented Brute Force and Port Scanning attacks, as evidenced by the IP addresses captured in the Address List on the Firewall Rule, and 2) all parameters averaged an index of 4, which falls within the "Very Good" category.
