Abstract
Di Era modern ditandai dengan perkembangan teknologi informasi yang sangat cepat, sehingga banyak pihak yang bergerak di bidang informasi dituntut untuk terus berinovasi dalam memberikan pelayanan. UI UX memiliki peranan penting dalam sebuah aplikasi maupun website dalam memberikan kenyamanan serta kemudahan kepada penggunanya. Satu Persen - Indonesian Life School adalah salah satu platform yang bergerak di kesehatan mental yang memiliki layanan seputar kesehatan mental dan pengembangan diri antara lain Webinar, Kelas Online, Mentoring, Konseling, Tes Online Gratis, dan Basic Mental Health Training. Akan tetapi berdasarkan ulasan viewers di YouTube, banyak pengguna yang ingin platform SatuPersen memiliki fitur fitur baru dan mengeluhkan dari sisi tampilan. Oleh karena itu peneliti akan menganalisa kebutuhan-kebutuhan user, tampilan, serta alur dari aplikasi ini dan memberikan solusi dari hasil Redesign platform Satupersen. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti membuat tampilan aplikasi mobile sehingga dapat disesuaikan dengan yang pengguna gunakan ketika menggunakan website Satupersen ini. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode design thinking pada perancangan ulang user interface dan user experience pada satupersen.net dengan tujuan mempermudah pengguna dalam menggunakan satupersen.net. Penelitian ini menghasilkan prototype redesign aplikasi satupersen.net dengan hasil rata-rata SUS 78, dimana angka tersebut termasuk dalam kategori good serta dapat diterima oleh pengguna. ----- The modern era is characterized by the very rapid development of information technology, so that many parties operating in the information sector are required to continue to innovate in providing services. UI UX has an important role in an application or website in providing comfort and convenience to its users. Satu Persen - Indonesian Life School is a platform that operates in mental health which has services related to mental health and self-development including Webinars, Online Classes, Mentoring, Counseling, Free Online Tests, and Basic Mental Health Training. However, based on viewers' reviews on YouTube, many users want the SatuPersen platform to have new features and complain about the appearance. Therefore, researchers will analyze user needs, appearance and flow of this application and provide solutions from the results of the Satupersen platform redesign. In this research, researchers created a mobile application display so that it can be adapted to what users use when using the Satupersen website. This research applies the design thinking method to redesign the user interface and user experience on satupersen.net with the aim of making it easier for users to use satupersen.net. This research produced a prototype redesign of the satupersen.net application with an average SUS result of 78, where this number is included in the good category and can be accepted by users.
