Abstract

Monitoring merupakan salah satu kegiatan penilaian yang dilakukan secara rutin dengan melakukan pengisian data hasil penilaian sesuai dengan standar yang telah ditetapkan. Kegiatan monitoring Menara Base Transceiver Station (BTS) dilakukan pada Diskominfo dengan tujuan untuk memastikan kondisi material menara layak digunakan. Penelitian ini berfokus pada pembuatan website yang mengubah sistem pemeriksaan menara yang menggunakan sistem konvensional menjadi sistem digital berbasis website menggunakan metode Design Science Research. Website yang dibuat menggunakan bahasa pemograman PHP, database MySQL, dan Framewok Laravel. Website dapat menampilkan informasi terkait seluruh menara BTS yang ada di Kabupaten Purwakarta, pengarahan pada lokasi menara menggunakan Google Maps, serta melakukan input data hasil pemeriksaan sehingga data pemeriksaan dapat dilihat secara real time. Hasil uji fungsionalitas menggunakan metode Black Box Testing menunjukkan nilai skor 100% dengan kategori layak digunakan serta uji kegunaan menggunakan kuisioner SUS menunjukkan nilai skor 73,3 dengan kategori Good. Website ini dapat dikembangkan dengan menambahkan fitur baru yang dapat disesuaikan dengan perkembangan kegiatan monitoring yang dilakukan. ----- Monitoring is one of the assessment activities carried out regularly by filling in the assessment data in accordance with predetermined standards. Base Transceiver Station (BTS) Tower monitoring activities are carried out at Diskominfo with the aim of ensuring the condition of the tower material is suitable for use. This research focuses on creating a website that changes the tower inspection system that uses a conventional system into a website-based digital system using the Design Science Research method. The website was created using PHP programming language, MySQL database, and Laravel Framewok. The website can display information related to all BTS towers in Purwakarta Regency, directions to the tower location using Google Maps, and input inspection result data so that inspection data can be seen in real time. The results of the functionality test using the Black Box Testing method show a score of 100% with the category feasible to use and the usability test using the SUS questionnaire shows a score of 73.3 with the Good category. This website can be developed by adding new features that can be adjusted to the development of monitoring activities carried out.
