Career decision-making is one of the crucial issues for adolescents in determining the direction of their future careers. Career decisions are understood as a conscious process involving individual skills, using their knowledge and thoughts to make career choices. The purpose of this research is to describe students' career decisions, formulate a hypothetical career guidance model based on Krumboltz's social learning theory to develop students' career decisions, and evaluate the efficacy of career guidance based on Krumboltz's social learning theory in developing students' career decisions. This study uses a quantitative approach and an experimental method with a quasi-experimental design. The sample was selected using purposive sampling technique, taken from classes with the lowest scores through data collection using a career decision instrument that was developed and validated.
