Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji mengenai efektivitas distribusi sarana di Sekolah Atas Menengah Kota Tanjungpinang. Penelitian ini didasarkan pada upaya untuk memecahkan masalah mengenai distribusi sarana di Sekolah Menengah Atas Kota Tanjungpinang. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran yang jelas mengenai distribusi sarana di Sekolah Menengah Atas Kota Tanjungpinang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan prosedur pengumpulan data penelitian berupa studi dokumentasi, observasi, dan wawancara, partisipan pada penelitian ini yaitu, Subkor Sarana Prasarana SMA (Analisis Kebijakan Ahli Muda), Pembantu Asset SMA Negeri 2 Tanjungpinang, Waka Sarana Prasarana SMA Negeri 3 Tanjungpinang, dan Bendahara Pengurus Barang SMA Negeri 5 Tanjungpinang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas distribusi sarana di Sekolah Menengah Atas Kota Tanjungpinang telah didistribusikan oleh dinas Pendidikan ke SMA Negeri 2 Tanjungpinang, SMA Negeri 3 Tanjungpinang, dan SMA Negeri 5 Tanjungpinang berupa barang elektronik dan meubel. Pendistribusian sarana yang dilakukan oleh dinas Pendidikan ke sekolah melalui pihak ketiga. Pendistribusian sarana sudah dilakukan secara efektif ke sekolah walaupun tidak setiap tahun dilakukan pendistribusian sarana ke sekolah. Sekolah selalu menjaga sarana yang sudah didistribusikan oleh dinas Pendidikan seefektif mungkin agar tidak terjadi kerusakan. Keterbatasan anggaran menjadi factor permasalahan dalam distribusi sarana. Serta akreditasi sarana menjadi permasalahan dalam distribusi sarana sehingga menghambat proses belajar mengajar di sekolah. This research examines the effectiveness of facility distribution in high schools in Tanjungpinang City. The study is based on efforts to solve problems related to the distribution of facilities in high schools in Tanjungpinang City. The aim of this research is to provide a clear picture of the distribution of facilities in high schools in Tanjungpinang City. The study use a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, and data collection procedures include documentation study, observation, and interviews. Participants in this research include the Sub-coordinator of High School Facilities (Young Expert Policy Analyst), Assistant Asset Manager of Tanjungpinang State High School 2, Deputy Principal of Facilities and Infrastructure of Tanjungpinang State High School 3, and Treasurer of Goods Manager of Tanjungpinang State High School 5.The results of the study show that the effectiveness of facility distribution in high schools in Tanjungpinang City has been carried out by the Education Department to Tanjungpinang State High School 2, Tanjungpinang State High School 3, and Tanjungpinang State High School 5 in the form of electronic goods and furniture. The distribution of facilities by the Education Department to schools is conducted through third parties. The distribution has been effectively carried out to schools, although it is not done annually. Schools always maintain the facilities distributed by the Education Department as effectively as possible to prevent damage. Budget constraints are a significant factor affecting the distribution of facilities. Additionally, the accreditation of facilities poses problems in the distribution process, which hinders the teaching and learning process in schools.
