Abstract

Soal Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) berbasis potensi lokal belum banyak dikembangkan dalam konteks pendidikan biologi konservasi. Instrumen soal yang dikembangkan ini dapat digunakan untuk melatih mahasiswa dalam menyelesaikan soal-soal HOTS dengan masalah yang kontekstual, khususnya pada kawasan konservasi Taman Nasional Way Kambas Lampung (TNWK). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan soal HOTS dengan Framework Taksnomi Bloom Revisi yang diintegrasikan dengan potensi lokal kawasan konservasi TNWK yang berpotensi sebagai konten pada soal. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu mixed methods. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara dan studi literatur. Data yang diperoleh selanjutnya dianalisis dengan teknik triangulasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa banyak potensi lokal kawasan konservasi TNWK Lampung yang berpotensi untuk diintegrasikan dalam konten soal pada beberapa materi rekomendasi di Mata Kuliah Biologi Konservasi, diantaranya a) Potensi Sumber Daya Alam (SDA) TNWK, b) Ancaman bagi SDA di TNWK, c) Tingkat Kepunahan Spesies Khas TNWK, d) Kegiatan Konservasi di TNWK, e) Wisata Berbasis Konservasi di TNWK, f) Program Kerjasama Berbasis Konservasi di TNWK, g) Masalah dalam Kawasan Konservasi di TNWK. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah berupa bank soal yang terdiri dari 50 butir soal dengan 45 butir soal pilihan ganda dan 5 butir soal esai. Soal yang dikembangkan fokus mengasah kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi mahasiswa tepatnya pada kemampuan menganalisis, mengevaluasi dan mencipta. Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) questions based on local potential have not been widely developed in the context of conservation biology education. The developed question instrument can be used to train students in solving HOTS questions with contextual problems, especially in the conservation area of Way Kambas National Park, Lampung (TNWK). This study aims to develop HOTS questions with the Revised Bloom's Taxonomy Framework integrated with the local potential of the TNWK conservation area which has the potential as content in the questions. The method used in this study is mixed methods. Data collection was carried out using interview techniques and literature studies. The data obtained were then analyzed using triangulation techniques. The results of this study indicate that many local potentials of the TNWK Lampung conservation area have the potential to be integrated into the content of questions in several recommended materials in the Conservation Biology Course, including a) Natural Resource Potential (SDA) of TNWK, b) Threats to SDA in TNWK, c) Extinction Rate of Typical Species of TNWK, d) Conservation Activities in TNWK, e) Conservation-Based Tourism in TNWK, f) Conservation-Based Cooperation Programs in TNWK, g) Problems in Conservation Areas in TNWK. The results of this study are in the form of a question bank consisting of 50 questions with 45 multiple-choice questions and 5 essay questions. The questions developed focus on honing students' high-level thinking skills, specifically on the ability to analyze, evaluate and create.
