Abstract

ABSTRAK Pengembangan agrowisata merupakan salah satu pembangunan berkelanjutan dalam sektor pertanian yang dapat meningkatkan berbagai potensi di bidang pertanian dan juga meningkatkan ekonomi melalui kegiatan pariwisata yang dilakukan. Untuk melakukan pengembangan agrowisata tentu memerlukan strategi yang tepat, pada penelitian ini dilakukan analisis potensi yang dimiliki Agrowisata Leuweung Tiis, Desa Trunamanggala, dengan mengidentifikasi faktor lingkungan internal dan faktor lingkungan eksternal, dengan tujuan untuk menghasilkan strategi alternatif dalam upaya pengembangan potensi Agrowisata Leuweung Tiis. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan melakukan observasi dan wawancara kepada para pihak yang terlibat dalam pengembangan Agrowisata Leuweung Tiis. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa posisi Agrowisata Leuweung Tiis saat ini berada pada kuadran II yang artinya memiliki kekuatan internal yang kuat namun dihadapkan dengan berbagai ancaman. Strategi alternatif prioritas yang dapat diterapkan yaitu strategi S-T (Strengths-Threats) dengan mengembangkan potensi yang dimiliki saat ini yaitu membangun wahana baru yang sesuai dengan konsep agrowisata serta pengembangan komoditas yang dimiliki, didukung dengan fasilitas dan aksesibilitas yang memadai untuk memberikan kenyamanan kepada wisatawan. Selain itu memanfaatkan dukungan dari pemerintah setempat dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia masyarakat sekitar yang diharapkan mampu untuk mendorong startegi pengembangan potensi Agrowisata Leuweung Tiis ke depannya. Kata Kunci: Agrowisata, Leuweung Tiis, stategi pengembangan, SWOT ABSTRACT The development of agro-tourism is one of the sustainable developments in the agricultural industry that can increase various potentials in the agricultural industry and improve the economy through tourism activities. Developing agrotourism, of course, requires the right strategy, in this study an analysis of the potential owned by Leuweung Tiis Agrotourism, Trunamanggala Village, by identifying internal environmental factors and external environmental factors, with to produce alternative strategies to develop the potential of Leuweung Tiis Agrotourism. The research uses qualitative methods by conducting observations and interviews with parties involved in the development of Leuweung Tiis Agrotourism. The data analysis method used is SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) analysis. The results of the analysis show that the current position of Leuweung Tiis Agrotourism is in quadrant II, which means that it has strong internal strength but is faced with various threats. An alternative priority strategy that can be applied is the S-T (Strengths-Threats) strategy by developing the current potential,building new attractions following the concept of agrotourism and the developing owned commodities, supported by adequate facilities and accessibility to provide comfort to tourists. In addition, taking advantage of support from the government to improve the quality of human resources of the surrounding community to encourage the strategy of developing the potential of Leuweung Tiis Agrotourism in the future.
