Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kebiasaan sarapan bergizi dengan konsentrasi belajar anak kelas A1 TK Yos Sudarso Purwakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode korelasional dengan analisis korelasi. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, dan observasi, melibatkan 17 anak, terdiri dari 9 anak laki-laki dan 8 anak perempuan. Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji statistik Spearman Rank, yang menunjukkan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,750, mengindikasikan hubungan positif yang sangat kuat antara pola makan pagi dan konsentrasi belajar siswa. Sebanyak 53% anak kelas A1 memiliki kebiasaan sarapan bergizi dengan mengonsumsi makanan seperti nasi goreng, nasi uduk, nasi putih dengan lauk ikan, ayam, telur, serta sayur, buah-buahan, dan susu. Selain itu, 59% siswa memiliki konsentrasi belajar yang baik. ----- The aim of this research was to determine the relationship between the habit of having a nutritious breakfast and the learning concentration of class A1 children at Yos Sudarso Kindergarten, Purwakarta. This research uses a correlational method with correlation analysis. Data was collected through interviews and observations, involving 17 children, consisting of 9 boys and 8 girls. Data analysis was carried out using the Spearman Rank statistical test, which showed a correlation coefficient of 0.750, indicating a very strong positive relationship between breakfast eating patterns and students' learning concentration. As many as 53% of class A1 children have the habit of having a nutritious breakfast by consuming foods such as fried rice, uduk rice, white rice with side dishes of fish, chicken, eggs, as well as vegetables, fruit and milk. Apart from that, 59% of students have good study concentration.
