Abstract

Kinerja pegawai merupakan salah satu faktor penentu kesuksesan perusahaan. Permasalahan terkait kinerja pegawai masih banyak ditemukan di berbagai sektor, diantaranya instansi kedinasan, minyak dan gas, ekspedisi, PDAM, manufkatur perbankan dan sektor lainnya. PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jabar Banten. Tbk Kanwil Jabar merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang perbankan yang mengalami permasalahan kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran pelatihan, kompetensi, dan kinerja pegawai serta pengaruh pelatihan terhadap kompetensi, pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan pengaruh pelatihan terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui kompetensi yang dilakukan di PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jabar Banten. Tbk Kanwil Jabar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu metode kuantitatif. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Partial Least Square yang diolah dengan software SmartPLS 4.0 for windows. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuisioner online terhadap 332 responden pegawai PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jabar Banten. Tbk Kanwil Jabar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gambaran variabel pelatihan sudah pada tegori efektif. Gambaran variabel kompetensi dikategorikan sangat baik. Gambaran variabel kinerja pegawai dikategorikan sangat tinggi. Hasil pengolahan data menunjukkan bahwa variabel pelatihan berpengaruh secara signifikan dan positif terhadap kompetensi (11.4%). Variabel kompetensi berpengaruh secara signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja pegawai (80.5%), Variabel pelatihan berpengaruh secara signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui kompetensi (9.2%) Pelatihan berpengaruh terhadap kompetensi pegawai. Karena semakin efektif pelatihan maka kompetensi meningkat. Kompetensi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. Semakin tinggi kompetensi maka kinerja pegawai akan semakin meningkat. Pelatihan yang tepat guna bagi perusahaan dengan metode yang adaptif akan memberikan pengaruh pada kompetensi yang dapat meningkatkan kinerja pegawai agar tercapai tujuan perusahaan. Dampak kinerja yang tinggi dapat mempengaruhi produktivitas kerja para pegawai.

Employee performance is one of the determining factors for company success. PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jabar Banten. Tbk Regional Office of West Java is a company engaged in banking that experiences employee performance problems. This study aims to determine the description of training, competence, and employee performance as well as the effect of training on employee competence, the effect of employee competence on employee performance, and the effect of training on employee performance through employee competence conducted at PT. Regional Development Bank Jabar Banten. Tbk West Java Regional Office. The research method used in this research is quantitative method. The data analysis technique used is Partial Least Square which is processed with SmartPLS 4.0 software for windows. Data was collected through an online questionnaire of 332 respondents of employees of PT. Regional Development Bank Jabar Banten. Tbk Regional Office of West Java. The results showed that the description of the training variable was in the effective category. The description of employee competency variables is categorized as very good. The description of employee performance variables is categorized as very high. The results of data processing show that the training variable has a significant and positive effect on employee competence (11.4%). Competency variables have a significant and positive effect on employee performance (80.5%), training variables have a significant and positive effect on employee performance through employee competence (9.2%) Training affects employee competence. Because the more effective the training, the employee competence increases. Employee competence affects employee performance. The higher the employee competence, the more employee performance will increase. Appropriate training for companies with adaptive methods will have an influence on employee competence which can improve employee performance in order to achieve company goals. The impact of high performance can affect the work productivity of employees.
