Abstract

Website perusahaan memiliki peran penting dalam proses bisnis, termasuk mengelola produktivitas karyawan. PT.XYZ memanfaatkan Employee Development Website untuk meningkatkan mutu karyawan. Penilaian pengalaman pengguna selama mengoperasikan website ini menjadi evaluasi antara harapan dan kondisi aktual terkait kelayakan website. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi indikator kendala dalam pengoperasian aplikasi berbasis website di PT.XYZ yang menyebabkan inefisiensi. Melibatkan 54 responden, penelitian ini menggunakan kombinasi metode HEART dan Usability Testing untuk mengevaluasi kendala dan pengalaman pengguna. Hasil analisis digunakan untuk memperbaiki kinerja website agar pengalaman pengguna menjadi lebih baik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan skor HEART meningkat rata-rata 9% per variabel, dan penilaian Usability Testing menunjukkan Website Employee Development mencapai kategori acceptable dengan skor 90,5 setelah perbaikan. ----- Company websites play an important role in business processes, including managing employee productivity. PT.XYZ utilises the Employee Development Website to improve the quality of employees. Assessment of user experience while operating this website is an evaluation between expectations and actual conditions regarding the feasibility of the website. This study aims to identify indicators of constraints in the operation of web-based applications at PT.XYZ that cause inefficiency. Involving 54 respondents, this study uses a combination of HEART and Usability Testing methods to evaluate constraints and user experience. The analysis results were used to improve website performance for a better user experience. The results showed that the HEART score increased by an average of 9% per variable, and the Usability Testing assessment showed that the Employee Development Website reached the acceptable category with a score of 90.5 after improvements were made.
