Abstract

SMP Negeri 1 Anjatan merupakan sekolah menengah pertama yang berlokasi di Anjatan Kabupaten Indramayu. Untuk memudahkan petugas perpustakaan mengelola perpustakaan dibutuhkan sebuah sistem informasi perpustakaan. sistem informasi yang dibuat meliputi : absensi kunjungan, pengelolaan peminjaman dan pengembalian buku, dan proses pengelolaan koleksi buku. Sistem informasi adalah kumpulan elemen yang saling berhubungan satu sama lain yang membentuk satu kesatuan untuk mengintegrasikan data, memproses dan menyimpan serta mendistribusikan informasi. Sistem informasi perpustakaan merupakan suatu sistem yang ada dalam suatu orgasnisasi yang mempertemukan kebutuhan pengolahan data harian, penunjang kegiatan dalam penyimpanan data, dan menyediakan pihak luar tertentu dengan laporan-laporan yang diperlukan. Metode yang digunakan pada pengembangan sistem informasi perpustakaan ini menggunakan SDLC dengan model RAD. Tahapan dalam metode RAD yatu requirement planning, user design, constructions, dan cutover. Pembuatan sistem informasi ini menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP, HTML, CSS. Menggunakan Visual Studio Code sebagai note editor, dalam implementasi data base menggunakan local server dari MySQL. Angket yang akan gunakan untuk penguji prototype pada tahap user design dan hasil contructions adalah SUS (System Usability Scale) dan blackbox testing. Dimana SUS untuk mengukur Usability dari sistem informasi dan menggunakan Black box testing untuk mengukur functional suitability. Hasil dari pengujian SUS prototype termasuk dalan kategori baik dan acceptability ranges termasuk dalan kategori acceptable. Hasil pengujian black box, semua pertanyaan pada angket berhasil dilakukan, yang berarti skor dari black box testing adalah 100%. Berdasarkan pengujian maka sistem informasi perpustakaan dapat di katakan layak untuk digunakan. ----- SMP Negeri 1 Anjatan is a junior high school located in Anjatan, Indramayu Regency. To make it easier for library staff to manage the library, a library information system is needed. The information system created includes: visit attendance, management of borrowing and returning books, and the process of managing book collections. An information system is a collection of elements that are interconnected with each other which form a single unit for integrating data, processing and storing and distributing information. A library information system is a system that exists within an organization that meets daily data processing needs, supports activities in data storage, and provides certain external parties with the necessary reports. The method used in developing this library information system uses SDLC with the RAD model. The stages in the RAD method are requirements planning, user design, constructions, and cutover. This information system was created using the programming languages PHP, HTML, CSS. Using Visual Studio Code as a note editor, in implementing the data base using a local server from MySQL. The questionnaires that will be used for prototype testers at the user design stage and construction results are SUS (System Usability Scale) and black box testing. Where SUS measures the usability of information systems and uses Black box testing to measure functional suitability. The results of the SUS prototype testing are included in the good category and the acceptability ranges are included in the acceptable category. The results of black box testing, all questions in the questionnaire were successfully completed, which means the score from black box testing was 100%. Based on testing, the library information system can be said to be suitable for use.
