Abstract

Penerapan inovasi pembelajaran dalam materi Sistem Operasi Jaringan pada jurusan TKJ menjadi kebutuhan mendesak karena pentingnya terhadap kemajuan teknologi. Meskipun inovasi pembelajaran banyak tersedia, namun banyak guru enggan meninggalkan metode konvensional menandakan penurunan motivasi menerapkan inovasi pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini mengidentifikasi kebutuhan dan strategi untuk memotivasi guru TKJ dalam menerapkan inovasi pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif fenomenologi, melibatkan tiga guru TKJ dari SMK berbeda di Pemalang. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, menggunakan model interaktif Miles & Huberman dengan bantuan software NVivo 14. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kebutuhan yang diperlukan, sesuai Standar Nasional Pendidikan (SNP) Indonesia, meliputi dukungan dari sesama guru, umpan balik siswa, pelatihan kompetensi, sarana prasarana, eksplorasi mandiri, dukungan teknologi, dan fleksibilitas kurikulum. Sementara strategi yang dirumuskan mencakup pengembangan kompetensi guru melalui pelatihan, peningkatan infrastruktur, kolaborasi, program mentoring, serta penghargaan kepada guru. Temuan ini diharapkan membantu pembuat kebijakan meningkatkan motivasi guru TKJ. ----- The application of learning innovations in Network Operating System materials in the TKJ department is an urgent need because of its importance to technological advancements. Although learning innovations are widely available, many teachers are reluctant to abandon conventional methods, indicating a decrease in motivation to implement learning innovations. The purpose of this study is to identify the needs and strategies to motivate TKJ teachers in implementing learning innovations. This study uses a qualitative phenomenological approach, involving three TKJ teachers from different vocational schools in Pemalang. The data were collected through interviews, observations and documentation, using an interactive model of Miles & Huberman with the help of NVivo 14 software. The results show that the necessary needs, according to Indonesia's National Education Standards (SNP), include support from fellow teachers, student feedback, competency training, infrastructure, independent exploration, technology support, and curriculum flexibility. Meanwhile, the strategy formulated includes developing teacher competencies through training, infrastructure improvement, collaboration, mentoring programs, and awards to teachers. These findings are expected to help policymakers increase the motivation of TKJ teachers.
