Abstract
Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Guru Produktif Otomotif di SMKN Bidang Otomotif Se-Kota Bandung”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sebarapa besar pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja guru produktif otomotif di SMKN bidang otomotif Se-kota Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru produktif otomotif di SMKN bidang otomotif Se-Kota Bandung sebanyak 80 orang, dan sample penelitian ini sebanyak 44 orang. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data menggunakan Weighted Means Score (WMS) diperoleh tingkat kecenderungan umum dari varibel X (Disiplin Kerja) sangat tinggi dengan skor rata-rata sebesar 4,55. Sedangkan tingkat kecenderungan umum dari variabel Y (Kinerja Guru Produktif) menunjukan sangat baik dengan skor rata-rata sebesar 4,27. Berdasarkan hasil uji normalitas menunjukkan bahwa variabel X dan Y berdistribusi normal. Berdasarkan hasil nilai koefisien korelasi variabel X dan variabel Y adalah sebesar 0,753, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa hubungan antara dua variabel berada pada kategori kuat dan terdapat korelasi yang positif. Berdasarkan hasil uji signifikan diketahui bahwa thitung> ttabel yaitu 7,425 > 2,021. Dengan demikian dapat dinyatakan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel X (Disiplin Kerja) dan variabel Y (Kinerja Guru Produktif otomotif), artinya pengaruh antara disiplin kerja dan kinerja guru produktif otomotif dapat berlaku untuk semua populasi. Sedangkan hasil perhitungan uji determinasi diketahui bahwa variabel X memberikan pengaruh terhadap variabel Y sebesar 56,8% dan sisanya sebesar 43,2% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian statistik secara keseluruhan dapat disimpulkan bahwa “Terdapat Pengaruh yang Positif dan Signifikan antara Disiplin kerja terhaap Kinerja Guru Produktif di SMKN Bidang Otomotif Se-Kota Bandung.” terbukti kebenarannya atau dapat diterima. This study, entitled “influence of the labor discipline on teacher performance automotive productive in vocational automotive sector throughout the city of Bandung.” The aims of this study to determine how much influence of the labor discipline on teacher performance automotive productive in vocational automotive sector throughout the city of Bandung. The study, using descriptive method with quantitative approach. This study population is all teachers automotive productive in vocational automotive sector throughout the city of Bandung as many as 80 people, and the study sample as many as 44 people. Based on the results of processing using the Weighted Means Score (WMS) show that the general trend of the variabel X (labor discipline) is very high with an average score of 4,55. While the level of the general trend of the variabel Y (teacher performance automotive productive) show that very good with an average acore of 4,27. Based on the results of test of normality, showed that the variabel X and variabel Y are normally distributed. Based on the correlation coefficient between variabel X and Y is 0,753, then the relationship between two variables is in the strong category. The result of significance note that tscore > tvalue is 7,425 > 2,021. It can be stated that there is a significant relationship between the variables X and Y, means that the influence of the labor discipline and teacher performance automotive productive can aplly to all populations. The result of coeficientof determination test indicates that the labor discipline affeccts teacher performance automotive productive by 56,8% while the remaining 43,2% is influenced by other factor. Based on the results of statistical tests on the whole it can be “concluded that there are significant positif and significant correlation between the labor discipline on teacher performance automotive productive in vocational automotive sector throughout the city of Bandung.” Proved to be correct and acceptable.
