Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya kemampuan komunikasi, khususnya komunikasi interpersonal peserta didik di sekolah dasar. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut perlu adanya perangkat ajar berupa modul yang dapat meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan modul IPAS berbasis teknik belajar Feynman untuk meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal peserta didik fase b sekolah dasar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Design and Development (D&D) dengan menggunakan model ADDIE, melalui tahap analyse, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Proses pengembangan diawali dengan analisis capaian pembelajaran dengan indikator komunikasi interpersonal dan desain dengan menggunakan Canva Design. Hasil validasi oleh ahli materi, ahli desain, dan ahli pembelajaran secara keseluruhan menunjukkan penilaian "sangat baik". Hasil akhir produk modul diperbaiki berdasarkan saran dan masukan para ahli. Hasil uji coba menunjukkan peningkatan rata-rata nilai pre-test yang memperoleh kategori “cukup”, menjadi “sangat baik” pada hasil rata-rata nilai post-test. Hasil uji n-gain pada peserta didik kelas IV sekolah dasar menunjukkan peningkatan kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal dengan kategori “sedang”. Hasil penilaian observasi kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal peserta didik mendapatkan hasil dengan kategori “sangat baik”. Dengan begitu, modul ipas berbasis teknik belajar Feynman terbukti dapat meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal peserta didik. This research is motivated by the low communication skills, especially interpersonal communication of students in elementary schools to overcome this, it is necessary to have teaching tools in the form of modules that can improve students' interpersonal communication skills. This research aims to develop an IPAS module based on Feynman's learning technique to improve the interpersonal communication skills of phase b elementary school students. The research method used in this study is the Design and Development (D&D) method using the Addie model, through the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The development process begins with an analysis of learning outcomes with interpersonal communication indicators and design using Canva Design. The results of validation by material, design, and learning experts overall showed a "very good" assessment. The final module product was improved based on the experts' suggestions and input. The results of the pilot test showed an increase in the average pre-test score which obtained the "sufficient" category, to "very good" on the average post-test score. The results of the n-gain test on fourth grade elementary school students showed an increase in interpersonal communication skills in the "medium" category. The results of the observation assessment of students' interpersonal communication skills got results in the "very good" category. That way, the ipas module based on Feynman's learning technique.
