    Abstract

    BUMN bukan hanya sebagai entitas bisnis, tetapi sebagai lembaga yang memiliki
    tanggung jawab sosial dan ekonomi yang besar terhadap masyarakat dan negara.
    Oleh karena itu, BUMN dituntut untuk memiliki kinerja yang baik dan unggul
    agar pengaruh dan kebermanfaatannya bisa dirasakan secara luas. Tata kelola
    perusahaan yang baik, operasional yang efisien, dan manajemen keuangan yang
    tepat merupakan pilar utama dalam meningkatkan kinerja keuangan perusahaan.
    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas good corporate
    governance (GCG) yang diproksikan oleh score assessment GCG, risiko
    operasional yang diproksikan oleh cost to income ratio (CIR), dan risiko
    keuangan yang proksikan oleh debt to asset ratio (DAR) terhadap kinerja
    keuangan perusahaan yang diproksikan oleh return on asset (ROA) dengan objek
    dan subjek penelitian yaitu 8 perusahaan BUMN klaster jasa infrastruktur tahun
    2017-2022. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah desain penelitian asosiatif
    kausal dengan metode analisis data yaitu regresi data panel. Hasil penelitian
    menunjukkan bahwa kualitas GCG, CIR, dan DAR secara simultan berpengaruh
    signifikan terhadap ROA. Namun, secara parsial kualitas GCG tidak berpengaruh
    terhadap ROA sedangkan CIR dan DAR berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ROA.

    BUMN is not only a business entity, but also an institution that has a large social
    and economic responsibility towards the country and society. Therefore, BUMN is
    required to have good and superior performance so that its influence and benefits
    can be felt widely. Good corporate governance, efficient operations and
    appropriate financial management are the main pillars in improving a company's
    financial performance. This research aims to determine the effect of good
    corporate governance (GCG) quality as proxied by the GCG assessment score,
    operational risk as proxied by the Cost to Income Ratio (CIR), and financial risk
    as proxied by the Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) on the company's financial
    performance, which is proxied by return on assets (ROA) with research objects
    and subjects, namely 8 state-owned companies in the infrastructure services
    cluster in 2017-2022. The research design used is a causal associative research
    design with a data analysis method, namely panel data regression. The research
    results show that the quality of GCG, CIR, and DAR simultaneously has a
    significant effect on ROA. However, partially the quality of GCG has no effect on
    ROA, while CIR and DAR have a significant effect on ROA.
