Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul Pengembangan Bahan Ajar Berbasis Pendekatan Saintifik pada Subtema Daur Air di Sekolah Dasar. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (research and development) dengan menggunakan model 4D. Produk yang dikembangkan dalam penelitian ini adalah bahan ajar yang terdiri atas buku siswa dan buku guru. Adapun tahap yang dilalui dalam penelitian ini adalah tahap pendefinisian (define), perancangan (design), pengembangan (develop) dan penyebaran (desseminate). Subjek penelitian adalah siswa SDN 1 Cisadap, SDN 2 Cisadap, dan SDN 3 Cisadap yang berjumlah 121 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data pada tahap pendefinisian dan perancangan, dilakukan dengan menggunakan wawancara dan checklist. Sedangkan pada tahap pengembangan, teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar pengisian angket validasi, lembar observasi, lembar angket respons siswa, dan lembar tes hasil belajar. Hasil analisis uji coba dalam tahap pengembangan menunjukkan bahwa bahan ajar berbasis pendekatan saintifik yang dikembangkan peneliti dinyatakan valid dan cukup efektif. Hasil validasi ahli menyatakan bahwa bahan ajar berbasis pendekatan saintifik yang dibuat peneliti memiliki tingkat kevalidan dengan persentase 58,33% untuk buku siswa dan 46,94% untuk buku guru. Sedangkan bahan ajar yang dikembangkan dinyatakan cukup efektif, dapat diketahui dari hasil perhitungan normal gain pada ranah kognitif yaitu 37,50 % , pada ranah afektif 83,92%, sedangkan pada ranah psikomotor mencapai nilai 87,50% . Nilai kognitif didapat dari tes hasil belajar yang dilakukan yaitu pre test dan post test. Nilai afektif dan psikomotor didapat dari penilaian rubrik yang digunakan pada penilaian Kurikulum 2013. The methods used is a research and development (research and development) using 4D models. The products developed in this research is composed of teaching materials and student book teacher book. The stages through which in this research is defining stage (define), design (design), development (develop) and deployment (desseminate). The subjects were students at SDN 1 Cisadap, SDN 2 Cisadap, and SDN 3 Cisadap totaling 121 students. Data collection techniques in the definition and design phase, carried out using interviews and checklists. While at this stage of development, the techniques of data collection using questionnaire validation charging sheet, observation sheets, sheet student questionnaire responses, and achievement test sheet. The results of the analysis in the development stage trial showed that the approach based teaching materials developed scientific investigator declared valid and effective enough. The results of validation experts claim that the scientific approach based teaching materials that made investigators have validity rate of 58.33% for the percentage of the student book and teacher 46.94% for books. While teaching materials developed declared effective enough, it can be seen from the calculation of the gain on the normal cognitive domain that is 37.50%, 83.92% in the affective domain, whereas the psychomotor domain reaches 87.50%. Values obtained from the cognitive achievement test done of pre-test and post-test. Affective and psychomotor value obtained from the valuation used in the assessment rubric Curriculum 2013.
