Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh manajemen modal kerja dan pengungkapan laporan keberlanjutan terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan profitabilitas sebagai variabel intervening. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh dengan jumlah 58 perusahaan yang tergabung dalam Indeks LQ45 Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2020-2022. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan tahunan dan laporan keberlanjutan periode 2020-2022 pada masing-masing perusahaan. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan bantuan software WarpPLS 7.0. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa (1) manajemen modal kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap profitabilitas (2) laporan keberlanjutan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap profitabilitas (3) manajemen modal kerja memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap nilai perusahaan (4) laporan keberlanjutan memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap nilai perusahaan (5) profitabilitas berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan (6) profitabilitas berpengaruh positif memediasi pengaruh antara manajemen modal kerja terhadap nilai perusahaan (7) profitabilitas berpengaruh positif memediasi pengaruh antara laporan keberlanjutan terhadap nilai perusahaan. This study aims to determine the effect of working capital management and sustainability report disclosure on firm value with profitability as an intervening variable. The sampling method used is saturation sampling with 58 companies in the LQ45 Index of the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the years 2020-2022. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from the annual reports and sustainability reports for the period 2020-2022 of each company. The analysis method used is Partial Least Square (PLS) with the assistance of WarpPLS 7.0 software. The test results show that (1) working capital management has a significantly positive effect on profitability, (2) sustainability reports have a significantly positive effect on profitability, (3) working capital management has a negative effect on firm value, (4) sustainability reports have a negative effect on firm value, (5) profitability has a significantly positive effect on firm value, (6) profitability positively mediates the effect of working capital management on firm value, and (7) profitability positively mediates the effect of sustainability reports on firm value.
