Abstract
This research is motivated from the problem contained in SDN Angkasa 1 regarding the use of assessments. In the 2013 curriculum, students are required to develop insight into their lesson with creative and innovative ways to solve the problems encountered during the learning process. SDN Angkasa 1 has been implementing the curriculum in 2013 and implementing performance assessment, in practice there are difficulties in using performance assessment, teachers still do not understand in assessing performance. Teachers difficulty in assessing learners' performance objectively because the number of students that much, time constraints and lack of performance assessment rubric examples. Assessment rubric used is that of the assessment rubric teacher guide books. The purpose of this study was to generate performance assessment based on guided inquiry learning subtema diversity of living things in the my environment. This research was conducted in SDN Angkasa 1 with a sample of 48 students. The development of a model study using 4-D which consists of four phase, namely the definition phase (define), the planning phase (design), the development phase (develop) and the deployment phase (disseminate). Collecting data using interview guides, observation sheet, study sheet documentation, validation sheet, student questionnaire responses, and evaluation of learning outcomes. The results of a performance evaluation study based on the sub-theme of diversity guided inquiry Beings in my neighborhood. Based on the results of product validation obtained an average value of 3.67 with a percentage of 91.75% is included in the criteria is very good and valid. Based on the calculation of normal gain in test 1, that the value of the students' conceptual understanding in learning to use performance assessment instrument that is quite effective with a percentage of 70% and 2 test results obtained 40% and 48% effective quite effective. Overall results obtained in this study that the development of assessment instruments have fulfilled the criteria of performance and can be implemented in learning. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dari permasalahan yang terdapat di SDN angkasa 1 mengenai penggunaan penilaian. Dalam kurikulum 2013, peserta didik dituntut untuk mengembangkan wawasan pembelajarannya dengan cara kreatif dan inovatif dalam memecahkan masalah yang dihadapi pada saat proses pembelajaran. SDN Angkasa 1 sudah menerapkan kurikulum 2013 dan menerapkan penilaian kinerja, pada pelaksanaannya terdapat kesulitan dalam menggunakan penilaian kinerja, guru masih kurang paham dalam melakukan penilaian kinerja. Guru kesulitan dalam menilai kinerja peserta didik secara objektif karena jumlah peserta didik yang banyak, keterbatasan waktu dan kurangnya contoh rubrik penilaian kinerja. Rubrik penilaian yang digunakan adalah rubrik penilaian yang ada pada buku panduan guru. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menghasilkan penilaian kinerja pada pembelajaran berbasis inkuiri terbimbing subtema keberagaman makhluk hidup di lingkunganku. Hamzah B & Satria (2012, hlm. 19) berpendapat bahwa “Penilaian kinerja merupakan penilaian yang dilakukan dengan mengamati kegiatan peserta didik dalam melakukan sesuatu”. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SDN Angkasa 1 dengan sampel penelitian 48 siswa. Penelitian pengembangan ini menggunakan model 4-D yang terdiri dari 4 tahap, yaitu tahap pendefinisian (define), perancangan (design), pengembangan (develop) dan penyebaran (disseminate). Pengumpulan data menggunakan pedoman wawancara, lembar observasi, lembar studi dokumentasi, lembar validasi, angket respon siswa, dan evaluasi hasil belajar. Hasil penelitian berupa penilaian kinerja berbasis inkuiri terbimbing pada subtema keberagaman Makhluk Hidup di Lingkunganku. Berdasarkan hasil validasi produk diperoleh nilai rata-rata 3,67 dengan persentase 91,75% maka termasuk kedalam kriteria sangat baik dan valid. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan normal gain pada uji coba 1, bahwa nilai hasil pemahaman konseptual siswa dalam pembelajaran dengan menggunakan instrumen penilaian kinerja yaitu cukup efektif dengan persentase 70% dan uji coba 2 diperoleh hasil 40% efektif dan 48% cukup efektif. Hasil yang diperoleh secara keseluruhan dalam penelitian pengembangan ini bahwa instrumen penilaian kinerja telah memenuhi kriteria dan dapat diimplementasikan dalam pembelajaran. Kata kunci: pengembangan, penilaian kinerja, inkuiri terbimbing, subtema keberagaman makhluk hidup di lingkunganku.
