Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pemberian Madu Kuantan Singingi-Riau pada Tahap Persiapan Khusus (TPK) terhadap Fungsi Kognitif, penurunan Asam Laktat, dan Komponen Fisik pada atlet Bola Voli PPLP Provinsi Riau. Penelitian ini merupakan studi eksperimental. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 30 atlet Bola Voli PPLP Provinsi Riau. Hasil penelitian dengan uji Anova (p<0.05) menunjukkan terdapat peningkatan Fungsi Kognitif, penurunan Asam Laktat, dan peningkatan Komponen Fisik pada Atlet Bola Voli. Terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan kelompok Fungsi Kognitif Pretest, Midtest, dan Posttest pada kelompok atlet Bola Voli (p<0.05), terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan Asam laktat Pretest, Midtest, dan Posttest kelompok atlet Bola Voli (p<0.05), dan terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan Komponen Fisik Pretest, Midtest, dan Posttest pada kelompok atlet Bola Voli (p<0.05). Kesimpulan: Kelompok yang diberi Madu Kuantan Singingi-Riau lebih baik Fungsi Kognitif, Asam Laktat, dan Komponen Fisiknya dibandingkan dengan kelompok yang Tidak Diberi Madu Kuantan Singingi-Riau pada Latihan Tahap Persiapan Khusus (TPK) Atlet Bola Voli PPLP Provinsi Riau (p<0.05).

This study aims to determine the effect of giving Kuantan Singingi-Riau Honey at the Special Preparation Stage (TPK) on Cognitive Function, decreased Lactic Acid, and Physical Components in PPLP Volleyball Riau Province. This research is an experimental study. The research sample totalled 30 PPLP Riau Province volleyball athletes. The results of the study with the Anova test (p<0.05) showed that there was an increase in Cognitive Function, a decrease in Lactic Acid, and an increase in Physical Components in Volleyball Athletes. There is a significant difference in Cognitive Function Pretest, Midtest, and Posttest groups in the Volleyball athlete group (p<0.05), there is a significant difference in Lactic Acid Pretest, Midtest, and Posttest in the Volleyball athlete group (p<0.05), and there is a significant difference in Physical Components Pretest, Midtest, and Posttest in the Volleyball athlete group (p<0.05). Conclusion: The group that was given Kuantan Singingi-Riau Honey had better cognitive function, lactic acid, and physical components compared to the group that was not given Kuantan Singingi-Riau Honey at the Special Preparation Stage (TPK) of Riau Province PPLP Volleyball Athletes (p<0.05).
