Abstract

Penggunaan jasa wedding planner semakin populer dalam perencanaan pernikahan modern, dan kepuasan pelanggan menjadi faktor kunci dalam keberhasilan suatu perusahaan wedding planner. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan terkait layanan Megrashy Wedding Planner Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini, menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan mengumpulkan data melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada pasangan yang telah menggunakan jasa Megrashy Wedding Planner Kota Bandung pada tahun 2022. Peneliti mengukur tingkat kepuasan pelanggan terhadap layanan wedding planner yang mereka terima. Dengan dimensi kualitas pelayanan yang meliputi keandalan, responsif, jaminan, empati, dan bukti fisik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Megrashy Wedding Planner Kota Bandung. Dimensi keandalan, responsif, jaminan, empati, dan bukti fisik secara positif berkontribusi terhadap kepuasan pelanggan sebesar 95,4%. Semakin tinggi kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan oleh wedding planner, semakin tinggi pula tingkat kepuasan pelanggan. The use of wedding planner services is increasingly popular in modern wedding planning, and customer satisfaction is a key factor in the success of a wedding planner company. This research aims to analyze the influence of service quality on customer satisfaction regarding the Megrashy Wedding Planner service in Bandung City. This research uses a quantitative approach by collecting data through questionnaires distributed to couples who have used Megrashy Wedding Planner services in Bandung City in 2022. Researchers measure the level of customer satisfaction with the wedding planner services they receive. With dimensions of service quality which include reliability, responsiveness, guarantee, empathy and physical evidence. The research results show that service quality has a significant influence on customer satisfaction at Megrashy Wedding Planner Bandung City. The dimensions of reliability, responsiveness, guarantee, empathy and physical evidence positively contribute to customer satisfaction of 95.4%. The higher the quality of service provided by the wedding planner, the higher the level of customer satisfaction.
