Abstract
Kompetensi literasi menjadi agenda yang sangat mendesak, oleh karena hal ini sangat penting bagi siswa untuk masa depan mereka dan pendidikan dianggap pendekatan yang tepat untuk membangun kompetensi literasi, Akan tetapi faktanya, di Indonesia menunjukkan gambaran memprihatinkan di mana kompetensi literasi di kalangan siswa masih menjadi problematika yang mengkhawatirkan. Oleh karena itu, mengeksplorasi dan mendeskripsikan sistem pembelajaran yang Guru PAI lakukan dalam penguatan kompetensi literasi siswa menjadi agenda penelitian mendesak dan sekaligus menjadi tujuan penelitian ini. Kerangka kerja teori sistem pembelajaran dari Romiszowski dipilih dengan memperdalam pada lima tema; definisi masalah, analisis, pemilihan solusi yang tepat, implementasi dan evaluasi pembelajaran yang Guru PAI lakukan. Pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode fenomenologi digunakan dalam penelitian ini, di mana data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi yang kemudian dianalisis melalui tahap deskripsi, menemukan pernyataan esensial, mengelompokan pada unit-unit bermakna, merefleksikan, dan melaporkan. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa literasi agama oleh Guru PAI di SDN 249 Astanaanyar dimaknai sebagai kemampuan siswa dalam bentuk membaca dan menulis khususnya tentang Al-Qurʾān. Rendahnya kemampuan literasi dasar agama diakui masih rendah dan menjadi problematika mendasar. Untuk mengatasi problematika kemampuan literasi maka guru mengimplementasikan program pekan literasi setiap hari Rabu dan Jum’at Rohani. Program-program tersebut telah berhasil meningkatkan kompetensi literasi dasar agama siswa yang ditunjukkan dengan penambahan wawasan agama, terutama kemampuan membaca Al-Qurʾān meningkat dari tingkat pra-dasar hingga ke tingkat dasar, dan beberapa dari mereka meningkat dari tingkat dasar menjadi tingkat terampil. Literacy competence is an urgent agenda, because it is very important for students for their future and education is considered the right approach to build literacy competence. However, the fact is, in Indonesia shows a concerning picture where literacy competence among students is still a worrying problem. Therefore, exploring and describing the learning system that PAI teachers do in strengthening students' literacy competence is an urgent research agenda and at the same time the purpose of this study. Romiszowski's learning system theory framework was chosen by deepening on five themes; problem definition, analysis, selection of appropriate solutions, implementation and evaluation of learning that PAI Teachers do. A qualitative approach with phenomenological method was used in this study, where data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation which were then analyzed through the stages of description, finding essential statements, grouping into meaningful units, reflecting, and reporting. The results of the study found that religious literacy by PAI teachers at SDN 249 Astanaanyar is interpreted as the ability of students in the form of reading and writing, especially about the Qur'an. The low level of basic religious literacy skills is recognized as still low and a fundamental problem. To overcome the problem of literacy skills, teachers implement a literacy week program every Wednesday and Spiritual Friday. These programs have succeeded in improving students' basic religious literacy competencies as indicated by the addition of religious insights, especially the ability to read the Qur'an increased from the pre-basic level to the basic level, and some of them increased from the basic level to the skilled level.
