Abstract

Skripsi disusun untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kinerja Alat Bongkar Muat Terhadap Produktivitas Bongkar Muat Curah Kering di Pelabuhan Ciwandan juga mengetahui permasalahan dilapangan saat proses bongkar muat berlangsung sehingga dapat memberikan saran juga masukan terhadap perusahaan guna meningkatkan performa Pelabuhan. Metode yang digunakan dengan Pendekatan Kuantitatif. Kegiatan bongkar muat di Pelabuhan Ciwandan sering mengalami hambatan sehingga menyebabkan meningkatnya berthing time di Pelabuhan Ciwandan. Kurangnya perawatan terhadap alat bongkar muat menyebabkan kondisi kesiapan peralatan bongkar muat menjadi semakin berkurang. Kurangnya kesiapan ini berpengaruh terhadap kelangsungan proses kegiatan bongkar muat di Pelabuhan Ciwandan. Akibatnya produktivitas bongkar muat curah kering di Pelabuhan Ciwandan mengalami penurunan. Oleh karena itu penulis mencoba membahas tentang pengaruh kinerja peralatan bongkar muat terhadap produktifitas kegiatan bongkar muat dari atas dermaga ke kapal atau sebaliknya Analisis regresi linier sederhana menunjukan persamaan Y = 359,875 + 10,348 X. dimana dari persamaan tersebut memiliki arti antara koefisien X dan Y berbanding lurus, yaitu apabila Kinerja Peralatan mengalami peningkatan, maka Produktivitas Bongkar Muat Muatan pun mengalami peningkatan. Dengan adanya pengujian hipotesis tentang koefisien korelasi menunjukan bahwa thitung = 3,218 > ttabel = 1,812 maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima dan berdasarkan pengujian di atas menunjukan bahwa ada hubungan atau pengaruh antara peralatan bongkar muat terhadap produktivitas bongkar muat muatan curah kering. Thesis compiled for determine the influence of Performance of Loading and Unloading Equipment on Dry Bulk Loading and Unloading Productivity at Ciwandan Port also knows the problem in the field when the loading and unloading process takes place so that it can provide suggestions as well as input to the company. The method used with a Quantitative Approach. Loading and unloading activities at Ciwandan Port often experience obstacles, causing increased berthing time at Ciwandan Port. Lack of maintenance on loading and unloading equipment causes the condition of readiness of loading and unloading equipment to become increasingly reduced. Lake of preparation this condition affects the continuity of the process of loading and unloading activities at Ciwandan Port. As a result, the productivity of dry bulk loading and unloading at Ciwandan Port has decreased. Therefore, the author tries to discuss the influence of the performance of loading and unloading equipment on the productivity of loading and unloading activities from the dock to the ship or vice versa. Simple linear regression analysis shows the equation Y = 359.875 + 10.348 X. From the data, it can be concluded, if equipment performance increases, then loading and unloading productivity will also increase. By testing the hypothesis regarding the correlation coefficient, it shows that tcount = 3.218 > ttable = 1.812, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted and based on the test above it shows that there is a relationship or influence between loading and unloading equipment on the productivity of loading and unloading dry bulk cargo.
