Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Daily Undulating Periodezation (DUP) terhadap peningkatan power endurance. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode one group-pre test-post test design. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan mahasiswa Ilmu Keolahragaan Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia angkatan 2022 yang berjumlah 15 orang. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama 8 minggu dengan tes awal kemudian dilakukan treatment selama 3 kali dalam seminggu dengan 24 sesi latihan, lalu dilakukan tes akhir. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Laboratorium kebugaran gymnasium UPI. Setelah tes akhir dilaksanakan, kemudian peneliti melakukan analisis data tes awal dan tes akhir dengan menggunakan uji normalitas dan homogenitas serta paired sampel-t test. Untuk tes Clapping Push Up (0.542) > 0,05 dan untuk post test test Clapping Push Up (0.981) > 0,05, untuk pretest Leg Hop (0.228) > 0,05 dan untuk post test Leg Hop (0.477) >0,05, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa data yang diperoleh berdistribusi normal. Dan untuk menunjukan hasil homogenitas Clapping Push Up p = 0.536 dan pada variabel Leg Hop p = 0.234 yang artinya data bersifat homogen. Kemudian untuk uji paired sampel-t test Clapping Push Up dan Leg Hop yang sudah melakukan perlakuan memiliki nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000 <0,05, maka H0 ditolak. Jadi dapat disimpulkan ada pengaruh Daily Undulating Periodezation (DUP) terhadap peningkatan power endurance. ; This study aims to examine the effect of Daily Undulating Periodezation (DUP) on increasing power endurance. This study used the one group-pre test-post test design method. The sample used in this study was 15 students of Sports Science at the Indonesian University of Education, class of 2022. This study was conducted for 8 weeks with an initial test then treatment was carried out 3 times a week with 24 training sessions, then a final test was carried out. The research was conducted at the UPI gymnasium fitness laboratory. After the final test was carried out, then the researcher analyzed the initial test data and the final test using normality and homogeneity tests and paired sample-t tests. For Push Up Clapping tests (0.542) > 0.05 and for post test Clapping Push Up (0.981) > 0.05, for pretest Leg Hop (0.228) > 0.05 and for post test Leg Hop (0.477) >0.05, it can be concluded that the data obtained are normally distributed. And to show the homogeneity of Clapping Push Up p = 0.536 and on the Leg Hop variable p = 0.234 which means the data is homogeneous. Then for paired sample-t tests Clapping Push Up and Leg Hop tests that have been treated have significant values of 0.000 <0.05, then H0 is rejected. So it can be concluded that there is an influence of Daily Undulating Periodezation (DUP) on increasing power endurance.
