Abstract
Pada penelitian ini telah dikembangkan sebuah instrumen penilaian berupa format dan penilaian portofolio untuk mata pelajaran mikroprosesor, dimana penilaian portofolio direkomendasikan untuk digunakan didalam pembelajaran, khususnya pada kurikulum 2013. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara dan expert judgemnet. Wawancara digunakan untuk mengetahui evidence yang dinilai dalam mata pelajaran mikroprosesor. Adapun yang menjadi narasumber adalah 9 guru teknik mikroprosesor dari empat sekolah yang berbeda. Hasil wawancara mengungkapkan bahwa inti penilain pada mata pelajaran mikroprosesor adalah penilaian terhadap kegiatan praktek dan laporan. Sehingga pengembangan format dan rubrik penilaian berfokus untuk menilai kedua hal tersebut. Expert judgement digunakan untuk mengetahui tingkat validitas instrumen penilaian yang telah dikembangkan. Hasil expert judgement memperlihatkan hasil yang baik, di mana aspek aplikatif mendapat penilaian sangat baik, aspek objektif mendapat penilain baik, dan aspek keterpaduan mendapat penilaian baik. Masukan dari beberapa ahli antara lain adalah pembuatan format baru untuk merekap hasil akhir dan pemisahan format yang menilai aspek psikomotor dan afektif. Saran untuk penelitian selanjutnya adalah format dan rubrik penilian portofolio baiknya diujikan pada periode waktu tertentu untuk mengetahui efektifitas penggunaan instrument tersebut. Kata kunci; Pengembangan instrument penilain, penilaian portofolio This research has developed an assessment instrument in the form and format of portfolio assessment for microprocessor subjects. The portofolio assessment is recommended for use in learning, especially in the curriculum 2013. This research used qualitative methods, and for collecting the data using interview techniques and expert judgement. Interviews are used to determine the critical evidence that assessed in the microprocessor subjects. There are nine microprocessor techniques teachers as the informant from four different schools. The interview results revealed that the core of the assessment on the microprocessors subjects are assessment of the practical activities and the reports, so the development of the format and the assessment rubric focused to assess both of them. Expert judgment is used to determine the validity of assessment instruments that have been developed. Expert judgment results showed good results, where the aspects of applicative got a very good assessment, the aspects of objective aspect got good assessment, and the aspects of the integration got a good assessment. The inputs from several experts are making a new format to recapitalize the final results, and separate the format that assess psychomotor and affective aspects. Suggestions for further research is the portfolio format and the assessment rubric should be tested on a periodic time to determine the effectiveness of the use of the instrument.
