    Biomekanika memberikan landasan ilmiah untuk mempelajari dan memahami gerakan dalam pencak silat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kesesuaian kebenaran gerakan tendangan pada kategori seni tunggal Pencak Silat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan desain survei tes normatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah anggota Paguron Pencak Silat Kesatria Cidaun. Data dikumpulkan dengan merekam gerakan tendangan dan dianalisis menggunakan aplikasi Kinovea. Hasil uji normalitas menunjukan data yang diperoleh berdistribusi normal, pada uji homogenitas menunjukan kedua kelompok nilai skor adalah sama atau “homogen”. 25% sampel mencapai kriteria "Sangat Sesuai", 50% sampel mencapai kriteria "Sesuai", 25% sampel mencapai kriteria "Cukup Sesuai". Tendangan sabit dilakukan "Sangat Sesuai", 5 jenis tendangan dilakukan "Sesuai", Tendangan taji dilakukan "Cukup Sesuai", Tendangan kuda dilakukan "Kurang Sesuai". Penelitian ini memberikan dampak yang signifikan dan dapat dijadikan sebagai rujukan untuk para pelatih dan atlet cabang olahraga pencak silat terutama yang berfokus pada kategori seni tunggal.

    Biomechanics provides a scientific basis for studying and understanding movements in Pencak Silat. This research aims to analyze the conformity of kicking movements in the single art category of Pencak Silat. This research uses a quantitative descriptive method with a normative test survey design. The sample in this study was members of the Paguron Pencak Silat Kesatria Cidaun. Data were collected by recording kicking movements and analyzed using the Kinovea application. The results of the normality test showed that the data obtained were normally distributed. The homogeneity test and one-way anova showed that the two groups of score values were the same or "homogeneous" and the average of the two groups of score values were "significantly the same." 25% of the samples met the "Very Good" criteria, 50% of the samples met the "Good" criteria, and 25% of the samples met the "Fair" criteria. The Sabit kick was performed "Very Good," 5 types of kicks were performed "Good," the Taji kick was performed "Fair," and the horse kick was performed "Less Good." This research has a significant impact and can be used as a reference for Pencak Silat coaches and athletes, especially those focusing on the single art category.
