Abstract
Interaksi sosial penghuni di perumahan memiliki peran penting untuk membentuk hubungan antar individu (penghuninya) yang dapat mempengaruhi kualitas hidup, serta memperluas jaringan sosial dalam komunitas perumahan. Tujuan penelitian ini menganalisis pola interaksi sosial penghuni di Perumahan Bumi Parahyangan Kencana Kabupaten Bandung. Pendekatan kualitatif, dengan metode studi kasus digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Pengumpulan data penelitian melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi dan dokumentasi. Informan dalam penelitian ini yakni penghuni perumahan, Kepala Desa, Ketua RT dan RW Perumahan Bumi Parahyangan Kencana yang dipilih menggunakan purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan melalui tiga tahapan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Penelitian ini diuji keabsahannya dengan menggunakan teknik triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pola interaksi sosial penghuni Perumahan Bumi Parahyangan Kencana memiliki keberagaman yang berbeda di setiap type desain rumahnya. Berdasarkan hal tersebut diperoleh bahwa 1). Type desain rumah 21/72 dalam pola komunikasinya lebih berlangsung efektif dalam komunikasi secara kelompok dibandingkan dengan type desain rumah 36/98 dan 45/120 yang lebih efektif melakukan komunikasi personal. 2) Kegiatan kebersamaan pada penghuni type desain rumah 36/98 lebih beragam dibandingkan dengan type desain rumah 36/98 dan 45/120. 3) Hal ini diakibatkan oleh cara adaptasi penghuni Perumahan Bumi Parahyangan Kencana dalam melakukan interaksi sosial. Disimpulkan bahwa pola interaksi masyarakat di Perumahan Bumi Parahyangan Kencana berbentuk pola interaksi sosial asosiatif dilihat dari pola komunikasi, kontak sosial, namun konflik tidak dapat dihindari di setiap type desain rumah. Implikasi penelitian ini pada Pendidikan IPS, bahwa interaksi sosial merupakan salah satu kebutuhan dasar sosial. Social interaction among residents in housing has an important role to form relationships between residents that can affect the quality of life, as well as expand social networks in the housing community. The purpose of this study is to analyze the pattern of social interaction of housing communities in Bumi Parahyangan Kencana housing, Bandung Regency. A qualitative approach, with a case study method was used in this study. Collection of research data through in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. The informants in this study were community residents, village heads, and neighborhoods of Bumi Parahyangan Kencana housing who were selected using purposive sampling. Data analysis is carried out through three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. This study tested its validity using triangulation techniques. The results showed that the pattern of social interaction of residents of Bumi Parahyangan Kencana Housing has different diversity in each type of house design. Based on this, it is obtained that 1). The 21/72 house design type in its communication pattern is more effective in group communication compared to the 36/98 and 45/120 house design types which are more effective in personal communication. 2) Togetherness activities in residents of the 36/98 house design type are more diverse than the 36/98 and 45/120 house design types. 3) This is due to the adaptation of residents of Bumi Parahyangan Kencana Housing in conducting social interaction. It is concluded that the pattern of community interaction in Bumi Parahyangan Kencana Housing is in the form of associative social interaction patterns seen from communication patterns, social contacts, but conflicts cannot be avoided in every type of house design. The implication of this research on Social Studies Education is that social interaction is one of the basic social needs.
