Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran strategi, identifikasi,dan Formulasi Strategi Business Model Canvas di PT. Fatahillah Anugerah Nibras. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data yang dilakukan menggunakan dua sumber data yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis Business Model Canvas. Data yang diambil mulai tahun 2022. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa salah satu cara mengembangkan bisnis PT. Fatahillah Anugerah Nibras supaya dapat bersaing dengan pesaing adalah menggunakan model bisnis dengan pendekatan bisnis model canvas dan menggunakan strategi red ocean. Hasil formulasi strategi pada tiap elemen bisnis model canvas yaitu, value propositions: icon produk busana muslim berkualitas keluarga Indonesia, model dan ukuran pakaian bervariasi, kemudahan akses memperoleh produk dan mengedepankan nilai-nilai sustainability dan ecofriendly. Key resources: menambahkan core talent. Key activities: penambahan menyediakan sarana pembelajaran melalui learning center, memproses pakaian jadi dalam skala besar dan melakukan penjualan antar perusahaan B2B dan peningkatan alat produksi. Key partners: penambahan vendor, vendor marketing, distributor dan ambassador dan peningkatan paramitra dan pemasok kain. The purpose of this study was to determine the strategy description, identification, and Business Model Canvas Strategy Formulation at PT Fatahillah Anugerah Nibras. This research used a qualitative descriptive approach research method. Data collection was carried out using two data sources, namely primary data and secondary data. The analysis in this study used Business Model Canvas analysis. Data taken starting in 2022. Based on the results of the study, it showed that one way to develop PT Fatahillah Anugerah Nibras' business so that it could compete with competitors was to use a business model with a business model canvas approach and used a red ocean strategy. The results of strategy formulation on each element of the business model canvas, namely, value propositions: icon of Indonesian family quality Muslim fashion products, varied clothing models and sizes, easy access to products and prioritizing sustainability and ecofriendly values. Key resources: adding core talent. Key activities: the addition of providing learning facilities through learning centers, processing apparel on a large scale and selling between B2B companies and improving production equipment. Key partners: adding vendors, marketing vendors, distributors and ambassadors and increasing partners and fabric suppliers.
