Abstract

Idealnya sistem pendidikan menekankan aspek-aspek penting dalam pengembangan peserta didik secara holistik salah satunya dari segi kecerdasan spiritual. Namun realita di lapangan menunjukkan adanya kesenjangan dalam realisasi proses pembelajaran dimana guru masih banyak yang mengutamakan salah satu kecerdasan saja bahkan kecerdasan spiritual kurang diperhatikan. Padahal kecerdasan spiritual itu penting untuk membangun dan mengontruksi seseorang menjadi lebih baik dan berguna dalam menghadapi dan memaknai persoalan makna dan nilai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji bagaimana upaya guru PAI dalam meningkatkan kecerdasan spiritual peserta didik melalui pembelajaran PAI. Alasan dilakukan penelitian karena penelitian ini sangat penting dilakukan mengingat informasi yang sistematis bagaimana guru mengidentifikasi, merancang, dan memilih upaya dalam meningkatkan kecerdasan spiritual pada penelitian yang masih minim diperoleh. Pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif dipilih untuk mendapatkan pemahaman mendalam mengenai masalah tersebut dan menggambarkan sebagaimana adanya. Temuan dalam penelitian ini diantaranya upaya untuk memahami kondisi tingkat kecerdasan spiritual peserta didik dengan cara observasi , komunikasi, dan evaluasi. Adapun indikatornya dapat dilihat dari kegiatan amaliah keagaman, perilaku keseharian, dan evaluasi peserta didik. Dalam merancang pembelajaran PAI disesuaikan dengan capaian pembelajaran dan tujuan pembelajaran. Proses pembelajaran PAI dilakukan dengan mengintegrasikan prinsip-prinsip spritual dan memasukkan aspek-aspek PAI. Metode yang digunakan juga harus mendukung upaya peningkatan kecerdasan spiritual peserta didik. Upaya peningkatan kecerdasan spiritual dilakukan dengan melakukan treatment dan pembinaan serta adanya reward dan funishment. Pengukuran kondisi tingkat kecerdasan spiritual ditinjau dari hasil pembelajaran, amaliah keagamaan, dan perubahan perilaku peserta didik. Ideally, the education system emphasizes important aspects in developing students holistically, one of which is in terms of spiritual intelligence. However, the reality in the field shows that there is a gap in the realization of the learning process where many teachers still prioritize only one intelligence and even spiritual intelligence is less considered. Whereas spiritual intelligence is important to build and construct a person to be better and useful in facing and interpreting issues of meaning and value. This study aims to examine how PAI teachers' efforts in improving students' spiritual intelligence through PAI learning. The reason for conducting the research is because this research is very important to do considering that systematic information on how teachers identify, design, and choose efforts in improving spiritual intelligence in research is still minimal. A qualitative approach with descriptive methods was chosen to gain an in-depth understanding of the problem and describe it as it is. The findings in this study include efforts to understand the condition of the level of spiritual intelligence of students by means of observation, communication, and evaluation. The indicators can be seen from the practice of diversity, daily behavior, and evaluation of students. In designing PAI learning, it is adjusted to the learning outcomes and learning objectives. The PAI learning process is carried out by integrating spiritual principles and incorporating PAI aspects. The methods used must also support efforts to increase students' spiritual intelligence. Efforts to improve spiritual intelligence are carried out by conducting treatment and coaching as well as rewards and punishments. Measurement of the condition of the level of spiritual intelligence is reviewed from learning outcomes, religious practices, and changes in learner behavior.
