Abstract
Besarnya minat masyarakat perkotaan untuk meminum kopi di kedai kopi berimplikasi semakin pesat pertumbuhan bisnis kedai kopi di wilayah perkotaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis peta persebaran kedai kopi yang ada di Kecamatan Bandung Wetan dan kesesuaian lokasinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitaif dengan metode analisis tetangga terdekat. Populasi penelitian adalah Kedai Kopi yang berada di Kecamatan Bandung Wetan dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh. Peta persebaran Kedai Kopi di Kecamatan Bandung Wetan menggunakan Software Arcgis 10.1.3. Selain itu memberi angket kepada pemilik kedai kopi dan diberi kuisioner dalam bentuk google form. Hasil penelitian kali ini menunjukan bahwa Kecamatan Bandung Wetan memiliki peresebaran yang mengelompok (Cluster) karena memiliki nilai Analisis Tetangga Terdekat dengan indeks sebesar 0.640567. kesesuaian lokasi kedai kopi di Kecamatan Bandung Wetan sudah sesuai dengan parameter yang digunakan. Kesesuaian lokasi dari tujuh parameter, terdapat dua parameter yang dinilai masih kurang memenuhi kriteria karena masuk kedalam kategori tidak baik yaitu parameter tempat parkir dan ekspansi dari kedai kopi di Kecamatan Bandung Wetan. The great interest of urban residents in drinking coffee in coffee shops has implications for the increasingly rapid growth of the coffee shop business in urban areas. The aim of this research is to analyze the distribution map of coffee shops in Bandung Wetan District and the suitability of their locations. This research uses a quantitative method with nearest neighbor analysis method. The research population was coffee shops in Bandung Wetan District using saturated samples. Map of the distribution of Coffee Shops in Bandung Wetan District using Arcgis 10.1.3 Software. Apart from that, they gave questionnaires to coffee shop owners and were given questionnaires in the form of a Google form. The results of this research show that Bandung Wetan District has a clustered distribution because it has a Nearest Neighbor Analysis value with an index of 0.640567. The suitability of the location of the coffee shop in Bandung Wetan District is in accordance with the parameters used. Location Suitability of the seven parameters, there are two parameters that are considered to still not meet the criteria because they are in the not good category, namely the parking lot parameters and the expansion of the coffee shop in Bandung Wetan District.
