Abstract
Penelitian ini berjudul Pengembangan Multimedia Berbasis Pendekatan Saintifik pada Subtema Daur Air di Sekolah Dasar. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Penelitian dan Pengembangan (Research and Development) menggunakan model 4-D Thiagarajan. Pada pengembangan model 4-D, terdapat tahapan-tahapan yang harus ditempuh dalam pelaksanaan penelitian dan pengembangan ini yaitu tahapan pendefinisian (define), tahap perancangan (design), tahap pengembangan (develop), dan tahap penyebaran (desseminate). Pada tahap pendefinisian, pengumpulan data diperoleh dengan menggunakan wawancara dan checklist sebagai alat untuk mengumpulkan data. Sedangkan pada tahap pengembangan, pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar pengisian angket validasi, lembar observasi, lembar angket respons siswa, dan lembar tes hasil belajar. Produk yang dikembangkan dalam penelitian ini adalah multimedia berbasis pendekatan saintifik pada subtema daur air. Multimedia adalah gabungan dua atau lebih format media yang berpadu dan ditekankan kepada kendali komputer sebagai penggerak dari keseluruhan gabungan media yang digunakan oleh pendidik untuk menyampaikan materi atau pesan supaya dapat diterima oleh peserta didik sehingga mendorong untuk mampu memperoleh pengetahuan, keterampilan, atau sikap. Dari hasil analisi uji coba yang dilaksanakan di SDN 1 Cisadap, SDN 2 Cisadap dan SDN 3 Cisadap, dalam tahap pengembangan didapatkan hasil yang menunjukkan bahwa multimedia berbasis pendekatan saintifik yang dikembangkan valid dan efektif. Multimedia yang dikembangkan dapat dinyatakan valid diketahui dari hasil validasi ahli yang menyatakan bahwa multimedia berbasis pendekatan saintifik yang dibuat oleh peneliti memiliki tingkat kevalidan dengan persentase 69%. Sedangkan untuk multimedia yang dikembangkan dinyatakan efektif diketahui dari hasil perhitungan normal gain pada ranah kognitif yaitu 35,71 % , pada ranah afektif 83,92%, sedangkan pada ranah psikomotor mencapai nilai 87,50% . Nilai kognitif didapat dari tes hasil belajar yang dilakukan yaitu pretest dan post test. Nilai afektif dan psikomotor didapat dari penilaian rubrik yang digunakan pada penilaian kurikulum 2013. Kata Kunci : pengembangan, multimedia, pendekatan saintifik, subtema daur air, model 4-D. This study, entitled Development of Multimedia Based on a Scientific Approach Subtheme Water Recycling in elementary school. The method used in this study is the Research and Development (Research and Development) using the model of 4-D Thiagarajan. In the 4-D model of development, there are steps that must be taken in the implementation of the research and development phases, namely definition (define), stage design (design), stage of development (develop), and the deployment phase (desseminate). In the definition phase, data collection and interviews obtained by using the checklist as a tool to collect data. While at this stage of development, data collection using questionnaire validation charging sheet, observation sheets, sheet student questionnaire responses, and achievement test sheet. Products developed in this study is a scientific approach to the multimedia based on the sub-theme water cycle. Multimedia is a combination of two or more media formats are combined and emphasized to control the computer as a driver of overall combined media used by educators to deliver materials or messages that can be received by learners so encouraging to be able to acquire the knowledge, skills, or attitudes. Analysis of the results of trials conducted in 1 Cisadap SDN, SDN and SDN 2 Cisadap 3 Cisadap, a development stage results obtained indicate that multimedia-based scientific approaches developed valid and effective. Multimedia can be declared invalid developed known from the results of validation experts stating that the multimedia-based scientific approaches made by the researcher have a level of validity to the percentage of 69%. As for developed multimedia declared effective known from the calculation of the gain on the normal cognitive domain are 35.71%, 83.92% in the affective domain, whereas the psychomotor domain reaches 87.50%. Values obtained from the cognitive achievement test done of the pretest and post-test. Affective and psychomotor value obtained from the assessment rubric used in curriculum assessment 2013.
