Abstract

Disiplin adalah pendekatan mental dan perilaku seseorang yang melibatkan ketaatan, tanggung jawab, dan komitmen terhadap tugas-tugas yang telah ditetapkan maka dari itu disiplin bukanlah sikap yang sebenarnya mudah diterapkan. Jika dilihat dari sudut pandang sekolah terlihat dari masih adanya beberapa siswa yang terlambat tiba di kelas, tidak fokus saat belajar belajar, dan tidak adanya minat belajar. Tari kreasi saman merupakan tarian yang membutuhkan karakter disiplin secara individu maupun kelompok. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SDN Cipinang Muara 07 PG bertujuan untuk menganalisis karakter disiplin siswa dalam konteks pembelajaran tari kreasi Saman pada mata pelajaran Seni dan Prakarya di kelas V. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, asesmen mandiri siswa, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa karakter disiplin siswa memainkan peran penting dalam pembelajaran tari kreasi Saman. Penggunaan model AIR dan penggabungan beberapa metode belajar seperti ceramah, eksperimen, demonstasi, Drill atau latihan dan diskusi dapat meningkatkan minat siswa terhadap pembelajaran seni tari kreasi saman. Implikasi penelitian ini adalah inovasi dalam pembelajaran Seni dan Prakarya, khususnya dalam pembelajaran tari kreasi Saman. Guru dapat mengadopsi strategi pengajaran yang menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang mendukung. Selain itu, kolaborasi antara sekolah, guru, dan siswa dapat memperkuat upaya pembinaan karakter siswa secara. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan pendidikan karakter di sekolah. ------------ Discipline is a person's mental approach and behavior that involves obedience, responsibility, and commitment to assigned tasks, so discipline is not an actual attitude that is easy to apply. If viewed from the school's point of view, it can be seen that there are still some students who arrive late in class, are not focused on learning, and lack interest in learning. Saman creation dance is a dance that requires disciplinary character, individually or in groups. This study aims to analyze the disciplined character of students in the context of learning Saman's creation dance in the Arts and Works subjects in class V. The research method used is qualitative-descriptive. Data is collected through observations, interviews, student self-assessment, and documentation studies. The results of the research show that the disciplinary character of the student plays an important role in the learning of Saman's creation dance. The use of the AIR model and the combination of several learning methods, such as lectures, experiments, demonstrations, drills or exercises, and discussions, can increase students' interest in learning the art of dancing. Implications of this research include innovations in the learning of art and Prakarya, especially in the study of Saman's creation dance. Teachers can adopt teaching strategies that create a supportive learning environment. In addition, collaboration between schools, teachers, and students can strengthen student character-building efforts. This research is expected to contribute to the development of character education in schools.
