Abstract

Pembangunan pesat di wilayah pesisir memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap perubahan spasial lahan. Wilayah pesisir Desa Muara Kabupaten Tangerang memiliki potensi lahan mangrove sekitar 70 ha. Namun, akibat perubahan fungsi lahan seperti pembangunan industri, pemukiman, tambak dan lainnya dapat mengakibatkan tingkat kekritisan lahan mangrove dari waktu ke waktu. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kerentanan lahan kritis mangrove di Desa Muara sehingga dapat memberikan rekomendasi pengelolaannya. Metode yang digunakan adalah skoring dan pembobotan dengan berbasis penginderaan jauh. Citra yang digunakan adalah citra Sentinel-2A dan variabel yang menjadi penentu tingkat kekritisan lahan mangrove yakni jenis penggunaan lahan, kerapatan tajuk dan ketahanan tanah terhadap abrasi. Hasil penelitian memperoleh jenis mangrove yang dapat diidentifikasi berjenis Rhizophora sp. (R. apiculata dan R. stylosa), dan jenis Avicennia sp. (A. marina dan A. lanata). Jenis penggunaan lahan Desa Muara di dominasi oleh non vegetasi hutan, kerapatan tajuk didominasi oleh kategori jarang dan jenis tanah Desa Muara berjenis tanah aluvial yang tergolong pada kategori tidak peka terhadap abrasi. Analisis lahan kritis mangrove Desa Muara dalam kondisi rusak hingga rusak berat. Luas lahan kritis mangrove kategori rusak mencapai 57,5 ha (70,5%), kategori rusak berat mencapai 23,8 ha (29,2%) dan hanya 0,2 ha (0,2%) yang terkategori tidak rusak. Kawasan lahan mangrove Desa Muara berpotensi terus mengalami tekanan terutama karena disebabkan oleh aktivitas area terbangun di sekitarnya. Oleh karena itu, perlunya kebijakan daerah yang mengikat guna melestarikan lahan mangrove dari kerusakan pihak luar dan membina kerja sama antara pemerintah dan masyarakat dalam upaya rehabilitasi, pengawasan dan pengelolaan diperlukan untuk menjaga lahan mangrove di Desa Muara. Rapid development in coastal areas has a significant impact on land spatial changes. The coastal area of Muara Village, Tangerang Regency has a potential mangrove land of around 70 ha. However, due to changes in land functions such as industrial development, settlements, ponds and others can result in the level of mangrove land criticality over time. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of vulnerability of mangrove critical land in Muara Village so as to provide management recommendations. The method used is remote sensing-based scoring and weighting. The image used is Sentinel-2A image and the variables that determine the level of mangrove land criticality are land use type, canopy density and soil resistance to abrasion. The results obtained mangrove species that can be identified as Rhizophora sp. (R. apiculata and R. stylosa), and Avicennia sp. (A. marina and A. lanata). The type of land use in Muara Village is dominated by non-forest vegetation, crown density is dominated by the sparse category and the type of soil in Muara Village is alluvial soil type which is classified as insensitive to abrasion. Analysis of mangrove critical land in Muara Village in damaged to severely damaged conditions. The area of mangrove critical land in the damaged category reached 57.5 ha (70.5%), the severely damaged category reached 23.8 ha (29.2%) and only 0.2 ha (0.2%) was categorized as undamaged. The Muara Village mangrove land area has the potential to continue to experience pressure mainly due to the activities of the surrounding built-up area. Therefore, the need for binding regional policies to preserve mangrove land from external damage and foster cooperation between the government and the community in rehabilitation, supervision and management efforts are needed to maintain mangrove land in Muara Village.
