Abstract
Matematika merupakan ilmu terstruktur dan terorganisir (Supriadi, 2017, hlm. 7). Matematika merupakan disiplin ilmu yang fundamental dan universal, namun masih menjadi persoalan klasik karena masih terdapat anggapan bahwa matematika itu sulit, menyeramkan, atau anggapan serupa lainnya. Anggapan tersebut juga dialami oleh siswa di SDN Palasari 4. Siswa SDN Palasari 4 sulit memahami materi bangun datar karena usia sekolah dasar masih dalam tahap operasional konkret, hal ini sesuai dengan teori Piaget (dalam Juwantara, 2019, hlm. 30). Selain itu, pembelajaran sering sekali tidak menggunakan media pembelajaran. Pembuatan media visual berbasis budaya dapat menjadi alternatif untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Arisetyawan (2019, hlm. 1) mengemukakan pembelajaran berbasis budaya memiliki dua nilai-nilai pokok, yaitu transfer of knowledge, dan transfer of value. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui desain integrasi Keraton Kaibon ke dalam media pembelajaran komik, dan mengetahui mengintegrasikan model ADDIE pada komik berbasis bangunan Banten Lama untuk pelajaran matematika materi pengenalan bentuk-bentuk bangun datar kelas 1 di SDN Palasari 4. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kualitatif. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model ADDIE. Pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data mengacu pada Miles dan Hubermen meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil keseluruhan dari uji coba yang dilakukan bahwa media pembelajaran berupa komik berbasis bangunan Banten Lama layak digunakan. Peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa komik berbasis bangunan Banten Lama dapat memotivasi siswa dalam mempelajari bentuk-bentuk bangun datar dan layak digunakan. Mathematics is a structured and organized science (Supriadi, 2017, p. 7). Mathematics is a fundamental and universal scientific discipline, but it is still a classic problem because there is still the opinion that mathematics is difficult, scary, or other similar assumptions. This assumption is also experienced by students at SDN Palasari 4. Students at SDN Palasari 4 find it difficult to understand material about flat figures because elementary school age is still in the concrete operational stage, this is in accordance with Piaget's theory (in Juwantara, 2019, p. 30). Apart from that, learning often does not use learning media. Creating culture-based visual media can be an alternative to overcome these problems. Arisetyawan (2019, p. 1) stated that culture-based learning has two main values, namely the transfer of knowledge and the transfer of values. This research aims to determine the integration design of the Kaibon Palace into comic learning media, and to find out how to integrate the ADDIE model in Banten Lama building-based comics for mathematics lessons on the introduction of class 1 flat shapes at SDN Palasari 4. The approach in this research uses qualitative. The method in this research uses the ADDIE model. Data collection through interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis referring to Miles and Hubermen includes data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The overall results of the trials carried out show that learning media in the form of comics based on Banten Lama buildings is suitable for use. Researchers concluded that comics based on Banten Lama buildings can motivate students to learn flat shapes and are suitable for use.
