Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk menelaah tingkat kepercayaan diri wasit sebelum, selama dan sesudah memimpin pertandingan. Sampel diambil sebanyak 15 orang wasit putra C-1 (Nasional), menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen angket sebelum, selama dan sesudah serta tambahan penghitungan denyut nadi menggunakan Polar FT7. Penghitungan statistik menggunakan gabungan, manual dan SPSS dengan sub menu Explore juga Statistik Parametrik. Dari hasil analisis data diperoleh bahwa tingkat kepercayaan diri wasit sebelum memimpin pertandingan adalah 1.144, termasuk kriteria kepercayaan diri sedang, rata-rata denyut nadi 99 BPM (Normal). Tingkat kepercayaan diri wasit selama memimpin pertandingan adalah 1.441, termasuk kriteria kepercayaan diri tinggi, rata-rata denyut nadi aktifitas fisik 141 BPM (Cepat). Dan tingkat kepercayaan diri wasit sesudah memimpin pertandingan adalah 463 termasuk kriteria kepercayaan diri rendah, rata-rata denyut nadi 64 BPM (Normal). Diperoleh pula nilai p<0,05. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara tingkat kepercayaan diri wasit sebelum, selama dan sesudah memimpin pertandingan.

The purpose of this study was to examine the level of confidence the referee before, during and after the match lead. Samples were taken as many as 15 men's C-1 referee (National), using purposive sampling technique. Data collection using questionnaire instruments before, during and after the pulse as well as additional calculation using the Polar FT7. Calculations using the combined statistics, manuals and SPSS with sub menus Explore also Parametric Statistics. From the analysis of the data shows that the confidence level of the match referee before the lead was 1,144, including the criteria for moderate confidence, the average pulse rate 99 BPM (Normal). Confidence level for the lead umpire was 1,441, including the criteria for high confidence, the average pulse rate 141 BPM physical activity (brisk). And the level of confidence after leading the match referee is 463 including low confidence criterion, the average pulse rate 64 BPM (Normal). Obtained the value of p <0.05. The results of this study indicate that there are significant differences between the level of confidence the referee before, during and after the match lead.
