    Abstract

    Alfamidi merupakan salah satu perusahaan ritel terbesar di Indonesia. Selain bergerak pada bidang ritel, Alfamidi juga menjalankan bisnisnya melalui penyewaan tenant. Namun berdasarkan pengamatan beberapa bulan terakhir jumlah keterisian tenant UMKMmengalami perkembangan yang fluktuatif, sehingga perlu adanya strategi untuk meningkatkan keterisian tenant. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui strategi dengan menggunakan pendekatan value proposition canvas (VPC)padatenant UMKM guna meningkatkan keterisiantenant.Jenis penelitianyang di gunakan yaitukualitatif deskriptif dengan metode pengumpulan data melaluiobservasi, wawancaradan kuisionerkepada tenant UMKMterkait strategi ino-vasi untukmeningkatkan keterisiantenant. Sumber data yang digunakan yaitu data primer dan data sekun-der. Dari hasil penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat keselarasan antara customerprofiledan value map. Kedua diagram menunjukkan bahwa value mapmampu mengatasi beberapa masalah yang mun-cul pada customerprofile. Pada penelitian ini website merupakan hasil dari pemetaan value proposition canvasyang digunakan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan penyewa tenant yang telah diseleraskan dengan produk dari perusahaan. Oleh karena itu diharapkan dengan adanya pengembangan website dapat menjadi solusi atas setiap permasalahan yang rasakan dan dapat meningkatkan keterisian tenant.

    Alfamidi is one of the largest retail companies in Indonesia. Apart from operating in the retail sector, Alfamidialso runs his business through tenant rentals. However, based on observations in the last few months, the number of MSME tenant occupancy has experienced fluctuating developments, so there is a need for a strategy to increase tenant occupancy. The aim of this research is to determine strategies using the value proposition canvas (VPC) approach for MSME tenants to increase tenant occupancy. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative with data collection methods through observation, interviews and questionnaires to MSME tenants regarding innovation strategies to increase tenant occupancy. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data. From the results of this research, it can be con-cluded that there is harmony between the customer profile and the value map. The two diagrams show that the value map is able to overcome several problems that arise in the customer profile. In this research, the website is the result of value proposition canvas mapping which is used to meet the needs of tenants which have been aligned with the company's products. Therefore, it is hoped that the development of a website can be a solution to any problems experienced and can increase tenant occupancy.
