Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh strategi perusahaan yaitu strategi manajemen, strategi investasi dan strategi bisnis terhadap kinerja keuangan BUMN pada perusahaan BUMN periode 2020-2022. Desain penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan kausal. Populasi yang ada dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan BUMN yang ada di Indonesia dengan jumlah 125 perusahaan. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan didapatkan 60 perusahaan sebagai sampel penelitian. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan alat bantu statistik berupa software SPSS (Statistical Program for Social Science) 23. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel strategi manajemen, strategi investasi dan strategi bisnis berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja keuangan BUMN. Secara simultan variabel strategi manajemen, strategi investasi dan strategi bisnis berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan BUMN. This study aims to determine the influence of corporate strategy, namely management strategy, investment strategy and business strategy on BUMN financial performance in the BUMN company for the 2020-2022 period. The design of this study is quantitative research with a causal approach. The population in this study is all BUMN companies in Indonesia with a total of 125 companies. The sampling technique used in this study was to use purposive sampling techniques and obtained 60 companies as research samples. The research method used is a descriptive research method with a quantitative approach to hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis using statistical tools in the form of SPSS (Statistical Program for Social Science) 23 software. The results of this study show that partially the variables of management strategy, investment strategy and business strategy have a positive effect on the financial performance of BUMN. Simultaneously, the variables of management strategy, investment strategy and business strategy have a significant effect on the financial performance of BUMN.
