Abstract
Nabi Muhammad Sollallohu Alaihi Wasallam merupakan teladan terbaik dalam seluruh aktivitasnya. Dari keberhasilan Nabi Muhammad Sollallohu Alaihi Wasallam mendidik anak melahirkan konsep prophetic education. Seiring perkembangan zaman, mulai banyak bermunculan sekolah berbasis Islam yang kemudian sering disebut dengan istilah Sekolah Islam Terpadu (SIT). Berdasarkan temuan di lapangan, terdapat SIT pada jenjang pendidikan anak usia dini yang memiliki visi misi berlandaskan pada paradigma prophetic education dengan keungulan program leaderpreneur. Sehingga tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi prophetic education pada anak usia dini melalui program leaderpreneur yang mencakup proses perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus melalui tiga teknik pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumen. Proses analisis data menggunakan analisis tematik dimana data yang telah ditemukan disusun dan diberikan label kode yang kemudian dikategorikan sehingga memunculkan tema-tema yang menjadi bahasan tertentu yang berkaitan dengan topik penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi prophetic education melalui program leaderpreneur pada anak usia dini melalui tahapan perencanaan yaitu pendidikan dan pelatihan (diklat) guru; rumusan program; rapat kerja dan laporan evaluasi; penyusunan standar operasional prosedur (SOP); dan Penyusunan jadwal kegiatan. Pada saat proses pelaksakasaan program Terdapat empat kegiatan khas yang dilakukan untuk menunjang program leaderpreneur yaitu ZINDANI Kelas, ZINDANI Akbar, TAJIR dan Market day. Evaluasi tahunan dilakukan untuk mengukur keberhasilan pelaksanaan program tersebut. Sehingga dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa jiwa kepemimpinan dan kewirausahaan pada anak usia dini dapat dioptimalkan melalui implementasi prophetic education dengan menerapkan konsep STAF sebagaimana sifat yang dimiliki oleh Nabi Muhammad Sollallohu Alaihi Wasallam yaitu Shidiq, Tabligh, Amanah, Fathonah. Prophet Muhammad Sollallohu Alaihi Wasallam was the best example in all his activities. From the success of the Prophet Muhammad Sollallohu Alaihi Wasallam in educating children, the concept of prophetic education was born. As time progressed, many Islamic-based schools began to emerge which were often referred to as Integrated Islamic Schools (SIT). Based on findings in the field, there are SITs at the early childhood education level that have a vision and mission based on the prophetic education paradigm with the advantage of the leaderpreneur program. So the aim of this research is to find out how prophetic education is implemented in early childhood through the leaderpreneur program which includes planning, implementation and evaluation processes. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method through three data collection techniques, namely interviews, observation and document study. The data analysis process uses thematic analysis where the data that has been found is compiled and given a code label which is then categorized so as to emerge themes that become certain topics of discussion related to the research topic. The results of this research show that the implementation of prophetic education through the leaderpreneur program in early childhood goes through planning stages, namely teacher education and training (training); program formulation; work meetings and evaluation reports; preparation of standard operating procedures (SOP); and Preparation of activity schedules. During the program implementation process, there were four typical activities carried out to support the leaderpreneur program, namely ZINDANI Class, ZINDANI Akbar, TAJIR and Market day. Annual evaluations are carried out to measure the success of the program implementation. So from this research it can be concluded that the spirit of leadership and entrepreneurship in early childhood can be optimized through the implementation of prophetic education by applying the STAF concept as the characteristics possessed by the Prophet Muhammad Sollallohu Alaihi Wasallam, namely Shidiq, Tabligh, Amanah, Fathonah.
