    Abstract

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh pendekatan taktis terhadap motivasi belajar siswa dan keterampilan bermain bulutangkis. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan metode eksperimen dengan desain penelitian one group pretest posttest design. Sebanyak 35 siswa dijadikan partisipan dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling. Terdapat dua instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, diantaranya 1) tes penampilan bermain bulutangkis dengan menggunakan Game Perfomence Assessment Instrument (GPAI), 2) skala motivasi. Semua data dianalisis menggunakan uji perbandingan dua rata-rata sampel berpasangan (paired sampel t test). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan antara nilai pre test dan post test baik pada tes keterampilan bermain bulutangkis, maupun tingkat motivasi belajar siswa, hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan nilai probabilitas p_value sebesar 0,00 (0,00 < 0,05). Hal tersebut menunjukan bahwa penerapan pendekatan taktis memberikan dampak terhadap peningkatan keterampilan bermain bulutangkis dan motivasi siswa dalam pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani.

    This research aims to examine the effect of a tactical approach on students' learning motivation and badminton playing skills. The research method used was an experimental method with a one group pretest posttest research design. A total of 35 students were used as participants in this research using cluster random sampling techniques. There are two instruments used in this research, including 1) badminton playing performance test using the Game Performance Assessment Instrument (GPAI), 2) motivation scale. All data were analyzed using a comparison test of two paired sample means (paired sample t test). The results of the analysis show that there is a difference between the pre-test and post-test scores in both the badminton playing skills test and the level of student learning motivation, this is proven by the p_value probability value of 0.00 (0.00 < 0.05). This shows that the application of a tactical approach has an impact on improving badminton playing skills and student motivation in learning physical education.
