    Abstract

    Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis secara ilmiah serta
    memperoleh pengetahuan mengenai pengaruh komunikasi interpersonal pimpinan
    terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai. Yang menjadi fokus permasalahan dalam
    penelitian ini adalah masih rendahnya motivasi pegawai.
    Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode eksplanatori dengan
    pendekatan kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang didistribusikan
    kepada 62 pegawai. Variabel penelitian yang diamati meliputi komunikasi
    interpersonal dan motivasi kerja pegawai.
    Berdasarkan Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa komunikasi
    interpersonal berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kinerja pegawai. Implikasi
    penelitian ini dapat berguna bagi manajemen sumber daya manusia agar dapat
    mengimplementasikan program pelatihan dan pengembangan komunikasi
    interpersonal untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai.

    The purpose of this research is to scientifically analyse and gain knowledge
    regarding the influence of leadership interpersonal communication on employee
    work motivation. The focus of the problem in this research is the low level of
    employee motivation.
    This research was conducted using an explanatory method with a
    quantitative approach. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed to 62
    employees. The research variables observed include interpersonal communication
    and employee work motivation.
    Based on the research results, it can be concluded that interpersonal
    communication has a significant positive effect on employee performance. The
    implications of this research can be useful for human resource management so that
    they can implement interpersonal communication training and development
    programs to improve employee performance.
