Abstract

Permasalahan yang menjadi fokus utama dalam penelitian ini adalah “Bagaimanakah hubungan persepsi peserta diklat mengenai pelaksanaan program pelatihan ICT Goes to School dengan peningkatan kompetensi guru pada Lembaga Pengembangan Pendidikan (LPP) Salman ITB”. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif korelasional. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data dalam penelitian ini adalah berupa angket dan studi dokumentasi. Sampel penelitian ini adalah peserta pelatihan ICT goes to school pada LPP Salman ITB yang berjumlah 30 orang yang diambil dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dilapangan, didapatkan data yang menunjukan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara persepsi peserta diklat mengenai pelaksanaan program pelatihan ICT goes to school dengan peningkatan kompetensi guru pada lembaga pengembangan pendidikan Salman ITB ----- The problem wich this study focuse is “What is the relationship training participants perceptions regarding the implementaion of ICT training program Goes to School by improving the competence of teachers in the Institute of Educational Development Salman ITB” This study uses a quantitative approach wih a desciptive correlational method. The instrument used to collect data in this study is a questionnare and study documentation. The subject were 30 ICT trainees of Goes to School at Salman ITB, who were determined by using puposive sampling technique. Based on the result of the field study, the data obtained show that there a positive and significant relationship between participants perceptions of training on the implementation of the ICT training program Goes to School with improving the competence of teachers in the development of educational institutions of Salman ITB
