Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi pada pokok permasalahan tentang bagaimana peran intruktur dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar peserta pelatihan di Lembaga Pelatihan Kerja LPKTrain 4 Best. Tujuan penelitian adalah Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menguraikan secara komprehensif proses pelaksanaan program pelatihan dasar komputer di LPK Train 4 Best, menyoroti peran krusial instruktur dalam merangsang motivasi belajar peserta, serta menggambarkan tingkat motivasi peserta didik yang mengikuti program tersebut. Argumen disajikan dengan tujuan menyediakan pemahaman yang mendalam terkait dinamika interaksi antara pelatihan, instruktur, dan peserta didik, serta memperlihatkan peran instruktur dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar peserta pada program pelatihan dasar komputer di LPK Train 4 Best. Landasan teori yaitu konsep pengembangan sumber daya manusia, konsep peran instruktur, konsep motivasi belajar dan konsep pelatihan dasar komputer. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan adalah wawancara, studi dokumentasi dan observasi. Jumlah subjek penelitian ini adalah empat orang yaitu satu instruktur, satu penyelenggara pelatihan dan dua peserta pelatihan dasar komputer di LPK Train 4 Best temuan nya adalah: 1) Proses pelaksanaan pelatihan dasar komputer didasarkan pada kurikulum yang mengacu pada dokumen SKKNI Operator Komputer. 2) Secara garis besar instruktur di LPK Train 4 Best mampu melaksanakan peran nya sebagai (a) perencana belajar (b) pengajar (c) motivator (d) Fasilitator (e) pembimbing (f) evaluator. 3) Motivasi belajar terbagi menjadi dua dalam menentukan kesuksesan pelatihan yaitu yang pertama adalah motivasi instrinsik. Gambaran motivasi instrinsik peserta pelatihan dasar komputer di Train 4 Best adalah peserta memiliki kemauan dan semangat yang baik dalam mengikuti seluruh kegiatan pelatihan. Sementara gambaran motivasi ekstrinsik yang dipengaruhi oleh lingkungan belajar, sumber belajar, serta sarana dan prasarana lalu achievement dalam belajar sudah mendukung dalam pemberian motivasi kepada peserta. This research is motivated by the central issue of understanding the role of instructors in enhancing participants' learning motivation in training programs at the Vocational Training Institute LPK Train 4 Best. The research aims to comprehensively describe the implementation process of the basic computer training program at LPK Train 4 Best, highlighting the crucial role of instructors in stimulating participants' learning motivation, and depicting the level of motivation among the participants in the program. The argument is presented with the goal of providing a profound understanding of the dynamics of interaction among training, instructors, and participants, showcasing the instructor's role in boosting participants' learning motivation in the basic computer training program at LPK Train 4 Best.The theoretical framework encompasses concepts such as human resource development, the role of instructors, the concept of learning motivation, and the concept of basic computer training. The research methodology employed is descriptive research using a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques include interviews, document studies, and observations. The study involves four subjects: one instructor, one training organizer, and two participants in basic computer training at LPK Train 4 Best. Key findings include: 1) The implementation of basic computer training is based on a curriculum referencing the SKKNI Computer Operator document. 2) In general, instructors at LPK Train 4 Best effectively perform their roles as (a) learning planners, (b) teachers, (c) motivators, (d) facilitators, (e) mentors, and (f) evaluators. 3) Learning motivation is divided into two categories for determining the success of training: intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation. The intrinsic motivation of participants in basic computer training at Train 4 Best is characterized by their strong willingness and enthusiasm to engage in all training activities. Meanwhile, extrinsic motivation is influenced by the learning environment, learning resources, and facilities, as well as the achievement in learning, which collectively contribute to motivating the participants.
