Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh sistem e-service PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) terhadap kepuasan pengguna di IPC TPK Tanjung Priok II. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis deskriptif, analisis regresi linear sederhana, uji analisis koefisien korelasi dan determinasi, uji signifikansi dan hipotesis menggunakan uji T, dan uji F. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara variabel X (e-service) terhadap variabel Y (kepuasan pengguna) sebesar 66,8%. Dari output tersebut diperoleh koefisien determinasi (R Square) sebesar 44,6% yang artinya bahwa pengaruh variabel bebas (e-service) terhadap variabel terikat (kepuasan pengguna) sebesar 44,6% dan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lainnya diluar penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil uji signifikansi dan hipotesis menggunakan uji F tentang pengaruh e-service terhadap kepuasan pengguna diketahui bahwa nilai Fhitung sebesar 78,86 dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,001<0,05. Maka, model regresi dapat dipakai untuk memprediksi variabel partisipansi. Yang artinya ada pengaruh antara variabel X (e-service) terhadap variabel Y (kepuasan pengguna). Berdasarkan hasil uji T pengaruh variabel e-service terhadap kepuasan pengguna diketahui hasil nilai Constant sebesar 9,301, sedangkan nilai koefisien regresi e-service sebesar 0,340 This tesis aims to determine the effect of the e-service system of PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) on user satisfaction at IPC TPK Tanjung Priok II. The research method used is a survey with a quantitative approach. Data analysis was performed using descriptive analysis, simple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient and determination analysis tests, significance and hypothesis tests using the T test, and the F test. The results of the study show that there is a relationship between variable X (e-service) and variable Y (user satisfaction) of 66.8%. From the output, a determination coefficient (R Square) of 44.6% was obtained, which means that the influence of the independent variable (e-service) on the dependent variable (user satisfaction) is 44.6% and the rest is influenced by other factors outside the study. Based on the results of the significance and hypothesis tests using the F test on the effect of e-service on user satisfaction, it is known that the Fcount value is 78.86 with a significance level of 0.001<0.05. Thus, the regression model can be used to predict participation variables. This means that there is an influence between variable X (e-service) and variable Y (user satisfaction). Based on the T test results of the effect of the e-service variable on user satisfaction, it is known that the Constant value is 9.301, while the e-service regression coefficient value is 0.340.
