Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan gaya kepemimpinan pelatih terhadap agresivitas atlet karate komite. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu 20 Atlet karate kelas komite INKANAS GGM Bandung. Metode dalam penelitian ini yaitu Kuantitatif dengan bentuk desain Analysis of varian. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan dua kuesioner yaitu Leadership Sport Scale (LSS) untuk mengukur nilai kepemimpinan dan persepsi atlet terhadap gaya kepemimpinan, Aggression Questionnaire (The Sports Aggression Questionnaire) untuk mengukur nilai agresivitas atlet. Pengolahan data analisis menggunakan Uji Hipotesis menggunakan Uji t dan Uji One-way ANOVA. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh hasil nilia nilai t-hitung 2.150 > t-tabel 2.101 dan t-hitung 0,758 < t-tabel 2.101 Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap gaya kepemimpinan otoriter dan tidak terdapat pengaruh yan signifikan terhadap gaya kepemimpinan demokrasi pelatih terhadap tingkat agresivitas atlet karate komite INKANAS GGM Bandung. Dan berdasarkan hasil sig. 0,717 > 0,05 dan H0 diterima. Maka dapat diseimpulkan tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara tingkat agresivitas atlet karate komite INKANAS GGM Bandung terhadap gaya kepemimpinan pelatih. This study aims to examine the relationship between coach leadership style and the aggressiveness of committee karate athletes. The sample in this study was 20 karate athletes from the INKANAS GGM Bandung committee class. The method in this research is quantitative with an analysis of variance design. The instruments used were two questionnaires, namely the Leadership Sport Scale (LSS) to measure leadership values and athletes' perceptions of leadership styles, the Aggression Questionnaire (The Sports Aggression Questionnaire) to measure athletes' aggressiveness values. Analytical data processing uses hypothesis testing using the t test and one-way ANOVA test. Based on the research results, the t-count value was 2.150 > t-table 2.101 and t-count 0.758 < t-table 2.101. There was a significant influence on the authoritarian leadership style and there was no significant influence on the coach's democratic leadership style on the level of aggressiveness of the karate athletes. So it can be concluded that there is no significant difference between the level of aggressiveness of the INKANAS GGM Bandung committee karate athletes and the coach's leadership style.
