Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap pengaruh workplace friendship terhadap workplace well-being pada karyawan generasi Z di Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah accidental sampling dengan sampel 419 karyawan berusia 18-28 tahun dan berdomisili di Kota Bandung. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner Workplace Friendship Scale (WFS) yang terdiri dari 12 item oleh Faridah (2022) dan Workplace Well-being Index (WWBI) yang terdiri dari 56 item oleh Maulidina (2021). Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi sederhana dengan bantuan software IBM SPSS Statistic 24.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif workplace friendship terhadap workplace well-being pada karyawan generasi z di Kota Bandung dengan kontribusi workplace friendship terhadap workplace well-being sebesar 24,9%. This study aims to reveal the influence of workplace friendship on workplace well-being in generation Z employees in Bandung City. This research uses a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used is accidental sampling with sample of 419 employees aged 18-28 years and domiciled in Bandung City. The instrument used in this study was the Workplace Friendship Scale (WFS) questionnaire consisting of 12 items by Faridah (2022) and the Workplace Well-being Index (WWBI) which consists of 56 items by Maulidina (2021). The analysis technique used is simple regression analysis with the help of IBM SPSS Statistic 24.0 software. The results of this study shows that there is a positive influence of workplace friendship on workplace well-being in generation z employees in Kota Bandung with contribution of workplace friendship on workplace well-being is 24.9%.
