Abstract

Trans Metro Pasundan sebagai sarana transportasi yang menerapkan sistem Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) dengan memiliki 5 Koridor, salah satunya yaitu Koridor 4D Leuwipanjang – Dago di Kota Bandung. Fasilitas halte bus berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kepuasan dan daya tarik terhadap masyarakat untuk dapat menggunakan transportasi umum. Evaluasi fasilitas halte melihat tingkat fasilitas halte sesuai standarisasi halte, tingkat kepuasan pengguna, dan tingkat efektivitas halte dari hasil bangkitan dan tarikan penumpang menggunakan sistem informasi geogafis. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengevaluasi fasilitas halte bus Trans Metro Pasundan di Koridor 4D Leuwipanjang – Dago. Metode yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kuantitatif melalui pendekatan sistem informasi geografis. Hasil tingkat fasilitas Halte dan fasilitas Tempat Pemberhentian Bus (TPB) menunjukan bahwa terdapat 4 Halte dari 5 Halte yang tingkat kesesuaiannya mencapai 100%. Sedangkan, dari 22 TPB tidak ada yang tingkat kesesuaiannya mencapai 100%. Hasil tingkat kepuasan menggunakan dua metode yaitu Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) dengan tingkat tertinggi biaya mencapai 82,62% dan terendah kenyamanan mencapai 46,02%, dan metode Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) memiliki empat kuadran yaitu Kuadran I (5 parameter) prioritas utama, Kuadran II (9 parameter) harus dipertahankan, Kuadran III (7 parameter) prioritas rendah, dan Kuadran IV (1 parameter) aspek berlebihan. Adapun hasil tingkat efektivitas halte dengan klasifikasi tidak efektif 1 Halte/TPB, efektif 4 Halte/TPB, dan sangat efektif 22 Halte/TPB sehingga terdapat 18 Tempat Pemberhentian Bus (TPB) yang layak untuk dijadikan halte fisik. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian bahwa penerapan standarisasi halte halte di Koridor 4D Leuwipanjang – Dago masih rendah yang dibuktikan oleh salah satu jarangnya halte fisik, tetapi lokasi halte sangat efektif disesuaikan dari hasil bangkitan dan tarikan penumpang Kata Kunci: Fasilitas Halte, Tingkat Kepuasan, Tingkat Efektivitas, CSI, IPA Trans Metro Pasundan as a means of transportation that implements the Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) system has 5 corridors, one of which is the 4D Leuwipanjang – Dago Corridor in Bandung City. Bus stop facilities play an important role in increasing satisfaction and attraction for people to use public transportation. Evaluation of bus stop facilities looks at the level of bus stop facilities according to bus stop standards, the level of user satisfaction, and the level of bus stop effectiveness from the results of passenger generation and attraction using a geographic information system. The aim of this research is to evaluate Trans Metro Pasundan bus stop facilities in Corridor 4D Leuwipanjang – Dago. The method used is quantitative descriptive using a geographic information system approach. The results of the level of bus stop facilities and bus stop facilities (TPB) show that there are 4 stops out of 5 stops whose suitability level reaches 100%. Meanwhile, none of the 22 TPBs had a conformity level of 100%. The results of the level of satisfaction using two methods, namely the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) with the highest level of cost reaching 82.62% and the lowest level of comfort reaching 46.02%, and the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method has four quadrants, namely Quadrant I (5 parameters) priority main, Quadrant II (9 parameters) must be maintained, Quadrant III (7 parameters) is a low priority, and Quadrant IV (1 parameter) is an excessive aspect. The results of the level of effectiveness of stops are classified as ineffective at 1 stop/TPB, effective at 4 stops/TPB, and very effective at 22 stops/TPB so that there are 18 bus stops (TPB) that are suitable to be used as physical stops. The conclusion of the research is that the implementation of bus stop standardization in the 4D Leuwipanjang – Dago Corridor is still low as evidenced by the rarity of physical stops, but the location of bus stops is very effectively adjusted based on the results of passenger generation and attraction.
