Abstract

Perusahaan pada berbagai sektor menghadapi kinerja pegawai yang rendah, baik pada sektor swasta, institusi kesehatan, pendidikan dan perbankan serta pada sektor publik. Salah satu perusahaan yang mengalami penurunan kinerja adalah PERUMDA Tirtawening Kota Bandung. Ada beberapa strategi meningkatkan kinerja pegawai dengan mengkondusifkan lingkungan kerja dan stres kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh temuan terkait (1) kondisi lingkungan kerja pegawai, (2) tingkat stres kerja pegawai, (3) tingkat kinerja pegawai, (4) bagaimana pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, (5) bagaimana pengaruh stres kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai (6) Adakah pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan stres kerja secara bersamaan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner berupa google form. Teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling dengan hasil perhitungan sebanyak 133 orang pegawai. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan perangkat lunak computer SPSS versi 25.0. Hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa 1) lingkungan kerja berada pada tingkat tinggi, 2) stres kerja berada pada tingkat tinggi, 3) kinerja berada pada tingkat tinggi, 4) lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh sebesar 37,8% terhadap kinerja, jika dilihat dari tabel Guilford pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja berada pada klasifikasi sangat kuat 5) stres kerja memiliki pengaruh sebesar 34,7% terhadap kinerja, jika dilihat dari tabel Guilford pengaruh stres kerja terhadap kinerja berada pada klasifikasi sangat kuat. Dari hasil penelitian pengujian hipotesis, dapat diketahui bahwa lingkungan kerja dan stress kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja. Kinerja yang rendah akan berdampak pada produktivitas perusahaan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disarankan agar perusahaan dapat meningkatkan kekondusifan lingkungan kerja melalui aspek lingkungan kerja non fisik (non physical work stress), mengurangi stres kerja dapat meningkatkan pada aspek pengembangan karir pegawai, dan kinerja dapat ditingkatkan pada aspek apresiasi dengan cara memberikan perhatian dan pujian kepada sesama pegawai karena dapat menyelesaikan pekerjaannya, serta memberikan gaji dan bonus sesuai kontribusinya.. Oleh karena itu, diharapkan perusahaan mampu mengkondusifkan lingkungan kerja dan mengurangi stres kerja yang berdampak pada peningkatan kinerja. One of the companies experiencing a decline in performance is PERUMDA Tirtawening, Bandung City. There are several strategies to improve employee performance by facilitating the work environment and work stress. This study aims to obtain findings related to (1) the conditions of the employee's work environment, (2) the level of employee job stress, (3) the level of employee performance, (4) how the work environment influences employee performance, (5) how the influence of work stress on performance employees (6) Is there any effect of work environment and work stress simultaneously on employee performance. This study uses quantitative methods. Collecting data with a questionnaire in the form of a google form. The sample technique used is simple random sampling with the results of the calculation as many as 133 employees.. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with SPSS computer software version 25.0. The results of the study can be seen that 1) the work environment is at a high level, 2) work stress is at a high level, 3) the performance is at a high level, 4) the work environment has an influence of 37.8% on performance, if seen from the Guilford table the influence of the work environment on performance is in a very strong classification 5) work stress has an influence of 34.7% on performance, if seen from the Guilford table the effect of work communication on performance is in a very strong classification. From the results of hypothesis testing research, it can be seen that the work environment and work stress affect performance. Low performance will have an impact on company productivity. Based on the results of the study, it is suggested that companies can improve the conduciveness of the work environment through aspects of the non-physical work environment (non-physical work stress), reducing work stress can improve the aspects of employee career development, and performance can be improved on the appreciation aspect by giving attention and praise to others. employees because they can complete their work, and provide salaries and bonuses according to their contributions. Therefore, it is hoped that the company will be able to make the work environment conducive and reduce work stress which has an impact on improving performance.
