    Abstract

    Sistem saluran jaringan drainase pada ruas jalan Cihanjuang Kota Cimahi mengalami permasalahan banjir terutama saat musim penghujan. Faktor terjadinya banjir diakibatkan oleh sedimentasi, sampah yang menyumbat, dan limpasan air hujan dari setiap pemukiman yang tidak dapat tertampung. Dari permasalahan tersebut, dilakukan penelitian sebagai upaya penanggulangan permasalahan yang terjadi. Data primer penelitian ini didapat dengan melakukan survey kondisi saluran drainase di lokasi untuk mengetahui kondisi eksisting pada saluran tersebut. Data sekunder didapatkan melalui website NASA berupa data curah hujan selama 20 tahun terakhir. Metode perhitungan curah hujan yang digunakan adalah metode Log Normal dengan nilai intensitas hujan sebesar 74,316 mm dengan periode ulang 2 tahun. Penelitian ini menggunakan perangkat lunak komputer EPA SWMM 5.2.3 sebagai alat bantu dalam melakukan analisis hidrolika. Hasil analisis didapatkan bahwa kapasitas saluran drainase eksisting tidak dapat menampung aliran air, sehingga dilakukan perencanaan Low Impact Development (LID) untuk mengurangi limpasan air. Hasil yang didapat, penerapan LID dapat menanggulangi permasalahan banjir. Selain itu, dilakukan juga perhitungan biaya dalam pembuatan keempat jenis LID yang digunakan yaitu Bioretention-cell, Rain Garden, Permeable Pavement, dan Rain Barrel.

    The drainage system on the Cihanjuang road in Cimahi City experiences flooding problems, especially during the rainy season. Flooding factors are caused by sedimentation, clogged garbage, and rainwater runoff from each settlement that cannot be accommodated. Based on these problems, research was carried out as an effort to overcome the problems that occurred. The primary data for this research was obtained by surveying the condition of the drainage channels at the location to determine the existing conditions of the channels. Secondary data was obtained via the NASA website in the form of rainfall data for the last 20 years. The rainfall calculation method used is the Log Normal method with a rainfall intensity value of 74.316 mm with a return period of 2 years. This research uses EPA SWMM 5.2.3 computer software as a tool to carry out hydraulic analysis. The results of the analysis showed that the capacity of the existing drainage channel could not accommodate water flow, so Low Impact Development (LID) planning was carried out to reduce water runoff. The results obtained show that the application of LID can overcome flooding problems. Apart from that, cost calculations were also carried out in making the four types of LID used, namely Bioretention-cell, Rain Garden, Permeable Pavement and Rain Barrel.
